Here you will sample some Norwegian dishes and local specialities Like pinnekjøtt- Pinnekjøtt is a traditional Norwegian dish made from lamb ribs that have been salted and dried. The name "pinnekjøtt" translates to "stick meat" in English, which refers to the fact that the ribs are traditionally cooked on a bed of birch sticks.
