Itinerary
I start welcoming people with a refreshing drink, I explain the Temazcal process, that is a traditional Mexican steam bath, which originated with pre-Hispanic Indigenous peoples, Is used as part of a curative ceremony thought to purify the body and balance mind, body and spirit, as my Mayan ancestors have done. And I answer all your questions about my culture.
With sahumerio, copal and incense I make a energetic cleaning (preparation before entering the Temazcal). Afterwards, we enter at the Temazcal and we sit around the navel. Then the previously heated volcanic stones, which emit steam, emerge. The place becomes little warm, While the body rids itself of toxins through sweating, the spirit is renewed through ritual. And we will learn the importance of the words, the silence and the strength of the songs, making relaxing but also fun dynamics.
When we finish we go out and shower in the garden with a rustic watering can, the water purifies our body. After I offer abundant and varied fresh fruits and natural fruit waters gift from our Mother Earth.
Besides promoting physical well-being and healing, the Temazcal is also a ritual and spiritual practice in which traditional healing methods are used to encourage reflection and introspection. The temazcal is thought to represent the womb and people coming out of the bath are, in a symbolic sense, re-born.

I had an amazing experience at the hand of shaman Will. I would recommand to anyone wanting to get an immersive well being experience working on the spirit, mind and body. The 3 hours flew by and I felt with a sens of lightness I hadn't felt for a while. Thank you again, much love!

My husband and I had the best massage with singing bowls being played at the background as music. Maggie was truly amazing and explained everything clearly. My experience with the Sharman in the temazcal was absolutely incredible. He smudged us first then we spent a few hours in the temazcal. He helped us connect to the earth, our higher self, our ancestors and so much more. 🙏 I would highly recommend this place!! For sure we will come again whenever we are in Mexico. Amazing experience! Our guides were very genuine and friendly. I signed my buddy and I up for this hoping to get a taste of local tradition and culture and not something that felt staged by a bunch of actors, and this was everything we had hoped and then some. It was a more physically and emotionally intense experience than I had expected, but certainly within the realm of most people’s tolerance level. I look forward to going back with my wife and more friends.

Incredible, memorable experience - both culturally and personally. Our guide, translator, and others helping with the ceremony were warm, kind, and gracious. Everything is well-explained (the English translation was impeccable and poetic) so you know what to expect while also getting a better understanding of the history of the ritual and its significance. Come with an open mind and heart to best experience the temazcal - it's a beautiful ceremony. The fruits, drinks, and guacamole afterwards were a refreshing way to end the evening. Fantastic all-around and definitely an experience we would do again next time!

We highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in spiritual rejuvenation, cleansing, healing, and community. The Maestro is an authentic, inspiring healer and his translator Daniel was impeccable. This was my husband's first time doing a temazcal and he highly enjoyed it. Be prepared to embrace some heat, though it's very good for the soul.

Such a great experience!! Everyone was so friendly! I would highly recommend it. I would recommend not wearing hair products or makeup as it gets super hot inside and it will drip all over you. Drink lots of water beforehand!

This has been one of the most amazing, spiritual, magic experience we have had! The whole team was great, mainly Ximena (our Chaman) who guided us during the entire ceremony. She was so caring and explained all the steps of this unique adventure.
And at the end, we were rewarded with delicious guacamole, fresh lemonade, and fruit.

The Temazcal was a very powerful experience that holistically engages your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It can be intense at moments physically and emotionally, but that is the point - it facilitates healing. The hosts were wonderful and very caring throughout the entire process, and it was interesting to learn more about this cultural and spiritual tradition. Overall, it was incredible and I highly recommend it! I recommend reading about Temazcal beforehand so that you have appropriate expectations and can prepare accordingly (for instance, drink lots of water before and after!)
