Very good experience...the guy riding the boat was really good.We were offered a sandwich and champagne..soft drinks too..overall the experience was really good had an excellent time.

Can’t rate this enough! My Girlfriend & I booked on the 12:30 trip and had a great time. Great staff from start to finish & the Captain was incredibly knowledgeable & friendly. We shared the boat with one other family and found there was plenty of space for this to still feel separate & special. The Captain offered Prosecco before even leaving the port and we were able to keep topping ourselves up! At sea the Captain explained a bit about the waters and we were lucky enough to see a large group of pilot whales! We were offered a sandwich along with cold beers & drinks which we were not expecting at all but appreciated greatly. After sailing down the coast we had the opportunity to go for a swim which we loved and the captain ensured we were all safe whilst joking and having a laugh with us. Overall I can’t rate this experience highly enough! Compared to the more commercial trips you see in the port this is 100% worth the money and in my eyes offers a more enjoyable opportunity to see the coast, whales and dip in the sea.

We were lucky with the clear and very ca weather but the entire experience was superb. Experienced skipper, whales close to the boat but left undisturbed, nothing frantic or pushy towards the animals (no chasing, no overcrowding with boats). Start to end was well worth the .money.

I booked it because it had really good reviews. The yacht was very small, or perhaps seven people on it were too many. There was a glass of prosecco at the beginning of the trip and some watermelon. The yacht was old and neglected. The captain didn't talk much. We also didn't go snorkeling, which was very, very disappointing, and we booked this trip only to spend some time in the water and on the yacht. The snacks were only one sandwich and one drink, which didn't bother me much as I don't eat when I'm on the water. I really don't get why this has so many good reviews.... maybe we were the unlucky ones. If I had known there would be no snorkeling, I would have gone to the aqua park.

It was amazing we had amazing times and we saw some whales, dolphins and even a turtle. We had some sandwiches, water and wine Definitely recommend! The best guide, absolutely worth it!

Great tour with small group on a sailing boat. Our captain Maxi was amazing! The sea was a bit rough and he took care of us very well, making sure the trip was smooth and everyone was alright. We saw several families of whales, super impressive. Would 100% recommend!

Good guidance. Professional. We were a family of 6 (4 teenagers) One of us had a birthday and they had something special for us. Unfortunately there was a lot of wind as a storm was coming up so we didn’t get to swim but we did get to see some dolphins! Very special. 🩵 We got some sandwiches & drinks during our trip. The crew is very welcoming. Thank you for an amazing memory! ⛵️

We were a party of ten and our trip was postponed from Friday to Sunday because of bad weather. We arrived at the port early and asked if our trip was ok and Vladka indicated they were not sure so we said we would go and get a coffee. Whilst we were having a coffee several families turned up to operators who all told them their trip was not going today so we returned to get the news of our trip to be told we would be going, we said we were very worried because all of the other trips were cancelled and they said if we wanted to cancel we would not get our money back so we had no option but to go. Two of our party were too scared to travel so they stayed behind but we were told that if it was too choppy when we got out we could go back. We were only 20 minutes out of the port when the captain said he recommended we go back. He said we can carry on if we choose but we will not be able to get off the boat to swim and will not see anything so we said if he recommended we return then we should. We thought that because only one other boat went out (and returned shortly after us) and our trip was supposed to be 3 hours and we were only 50 minutes (out and back in) we would receive a refund. Our trip was supposed to be to see pilot whales, dolphins and swim at the beach. We did not even reach where the pilot whales were. I contacted the company and asked for a refund accepting they took the boat out and let us take some food and drinks away with us that I was happy to lose some of our money, the company has so far said that the captain turned around because we were scared I told them that was a lie and now they say he recommended we go back because one of our passengers was sea sick. There were two in our party that were ill one was very sick the other felt unwell because of how much our boat was being tossed around. The company did not care about our safety. Our captain clearly did. He could not apologise enough and said I am responsible for your safety and I am very very sorry. We said we understood. We even believe this company forced the captain to take us against his will. I would not recommend this company. They are prepared to put your safety at risk to make sure they get their money. They told us because the boat left we are not entitled to our money back. They even said all of the other boats had failed which was also not true. We have photos of just one other boat out at sea with us and one catamaran. We were also told the sea is also very choppy in Tenerife and this is how it is. Given that we holiday in Tenerife 2/3 times a year and have done many boat trips we know this is also not true.

The team were lovely, friendly ,helpful and professional.the sea was very choppy so we had to change days.. but we still saw whales. Thanks for the great trip.
