Discover the secrets of past cultures among imposing pyramids, avoid crowds by being one of the first to reach this majestic archeological site.
Starting in a private vehicle from your accommodation, we will leave Mexico City early to avoid city traffic and crowds at the pyramids. Our route around the site will include an in-depth examination of the three most significant Teotihuacan structures: the pyramids of Luna, Sun and Feathered Serpent. Our expert certified guide will delve into the stories, traditions and sacred rights that date back to the classical Mesoamerican era. We will have the option of climbing the steep steps of a pyramid, where our guide can point out the geographical influence of Teotihuacan in the neighboring regions. Our path will also lead us to several important compounds with murals before the Mayans and Aztecs, and we will learn about these palace designs and the artistic style that permeated not only the ancient Teotihuacan society but many Mesoamerican civilizations for millennia.
In the end we will have a tasting of traditional drinks such as pulque, tequila and mezcal.

We had a phenomenal trip to Teotihuacán with Noah as our guide! He did an amazing job explaining the relevance of the symbols and architecture that we saw at the pyramids, and answered any questions that we had. The pyramids and surrounding city are breathtaking and immense. Would absolutely recommend!

Fun and educational day with our amazing guide Hector. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. He communicated with us before the trip so we knew what to expect and overall we had an amazing experience

Hektor is a very cool guide and our trip was perfect. We are not a big history geeks but the tour was super interesting we were able to ask our questions. Basically Teotihuacan visit without a guide will be for most a waste of opportunity, so it is best to get guide.

Excellent Private Tour of Teotihuacan. Hector is a friendly, very knowledgeable, interesting tour guide. Our 22 year old son has studied the history of Mexico. Hector answered his questions and provided in depth discussions with the 3 of us. Very enjoyable! Air conditioned, comfortable vehicle, rest stop for drinks/bathroom on the way, and we arranged to eat lunch at “La Gruta” after the tour. Hector explained everything at the site in depth, encouraged us to take our time and was patient as we purchased items from vendors. Highly recommended!

We were equally in awe of the pyramids as we were of our tour guides, Ivan and Hugo. The deep knowledge and passion they both shared immersed us into the experience. Even more surprising was that is was Hugo’s first tour! He and Ivan complimented each other very well. It was clear that they loved their work and hold deep respect for the sacred grounds of Teotihuacan. From our very first encounter at pick up to the very last at drop off, these guys are all stars!

Gerardo was an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We totally enjoyed discovering Teotihuacan with Gerardo. Also, our driver Carlos was an excellent driver with a comfortable car.

This excursion was so worthwhile - one of our favorite activities during our trip. Our guide, Miguel, was incredibly knowledgeable, had an answer to every question, and ensured the trip went seamlessly.
In terms of logistics, pick up from our hotel went smoothly, the car was comfortable, and our trip was timed to help us avoid traffic.
