In the case of all-terrain vehicles, an optional collision insurance will be offered for purchase. If you wish to decline, you must leave an open voucher of a credit card as collateral.
For the camel rides, the minimum age is 5.
For the horse rides, the minimum age is 6.
For the ATV, the minimum age for the driver is 16.
In addition, if you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent to sign an authorization form for you.
For ATV passengers, the minimum age is 7 years old.
For Side by side passengers, the minimum age is 6 years old.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours before the activity 100% return.

The tour guides at Cactus Tours did a very nice job. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue during check in where the local provider, Go n Travel, had not paid Cactus tours in full. It took an hour to straighten it out, and as a result, we could only two two of the three activities. The local tour provider made a partial refund based upon the problem encountered, which we appreciated. However, it did not make up for our loss of time and inconvenience.

1st of all we texted the operator and was suppose to meet at pier. He was a no show then I called him said he would be there shortly after waiting from 1pm meeting time and calling him at 2pm.
Some company person met us at pier at 230pm he spoke no English then his mom came 10 minutes later and said come with her. The company called mr penguin tours which we didn’t book. She said Roberto the owner of company couldn’t make it. So we were guided to a small boat not a glass bottom boat which we read we would be going on. The description said we would also go to lovers beach. Never went there. No snorkeling. Or a beach. I forgot the great part the tour was suppose to be at least 2 hours. We left the pier at 239pm stopped to get gas for boat just sitting there waiting on boat driver.He was gone 21 minutes and there was all nine of us not knowing what’s going on. He then comes back with food wrappers he tossed in trash can.we then headed to whale watch with photo. Well that didn’t happen either. The closest we got was a least 100 yards away with no chance to get pictures. It takes about 45 minutes to get to whale watching and 45 minutes back. So at exactly 345 he said it’s been a hour we started to head back.
I don’t speak Spanish but the couple next to me told me that. The reviews show a guy name hector we asked for him but no one knew him.
So I returned showing this company what we were suppose to get and they came up with excuses. I asked for money back since we got screwed by Roberto the owner. I haven’t heard anything from him.so I advise never to use this company again. This was our first west coast cruise and have been on over 20 cruises and probably the worst excursion experience we had were nothing went right since getting to meeting point. I have a lot to add but final thought stay away from this company. Just a wasted day and no response from company

Desde que reservé hasta la hora de encuentro nunca hubo comunicacion por parte del touroperador que ofrece el paquete, llegamos al punto de encuentro y no hubo nadie esperando, nadie me explicó sobre que el tour tenia transporte incluido, por lo cual yo tuve que trasladarme por mi cuenta a mas de media hr de distacia de mi hospedaje al punto de recogida, al cual nunca nadie llego a recogernos, nadie supo explicar como funcionaba el tour e itinerario, tuve que contactarme con viator, porque en la agencia no aparecia ninguna reserva, luego de gran rato, producto de la llamada con viator luego alguien de parte del tour operador tuvo contacto con nosotros directamente y ya desde ahi fue que pudimos por dicha tomar el tour, Roberto se mostro totalmente amable por dicha, se disculpo y tuvo un gran gesto con nosotros, sin embargo si tiempo despues tambien fue algo incomodo que en el parque todo quisieran venderlo. Y al final Roberto nos indicó que el parque (Cactus Tours) nos llevaria hasta nuestro hospedaje, al final no fue asi, nos dejaron a 3km de nuestro airbnb, la experiencia del tour en si es expectacular pero falta organizacion e info antes de llegar, y al final fue decepcionante que tras de que tuvimos que gastar en uber para llegar al punto de recogida(ya eñ tou incluyendo transporte que nunca nadie nos explico), tuvimos que tomar otro para retornar cuando nos habian indicado que nos dejarian en el hospedaje

Me gusto mucho mi paseo en camellos. Dimos una vuelta con ellos, y pudimos acariciarlos.
Se me hace muy interesante que pude hacer esta actividad en cabo.
