This tour has no detailed itinerary online to avoid making it a Instagram "must-see". The preservation of nature is to us as tour operators more important and we want to avoid the area being swarmed by the general cruise or bus tourist visiting Bergen.
We take less than 400 persons into this unique fjord area each year in a specially built Zodiac that has a marginal carbon footprint. Utilizing a sturdy catamaran hull and hydrofoil wings we cut emissions by more than 60% compared to any other tour operator. This way - a unique area is for the few that wants to stay away from the more "touristy" places.

This tour happens in the intriguing and narrow waterways of the Osterfjord, -BUT away from where the larger boats are able to travel and with a skipper that knows every nook and cranny of it. We pick up from all Bergen hotels and the Cruise ships piers for the PRIVATE CRUISES.
For the SHARE & SAVE option we have a Minibus that will pick up in both Cruise Terminals and also by the Fish Market. It is NOT possible for us to come to all hotels / AirBnB's for this low price offer. Please also notice that a transport fee of USD 30 is imposed on EACH TRAVELER for the unes using the Minibus service. For people who self drive - no such fee is ofcourse collected.
The RIB / Zodiac has a maximum of 5 travelers and for larger groups you must order the Pontoon Boat option that accommodates up to 12 travelers.
For the Pontoon Boat, we can fit 12 travelers (Not possible to exceed 12, even if they are kids).

Amazing trip! We had soooo much fun on this very private ride! It was as if we had the Fijord all to ourselves! Bjorn had wonderful stories and information! The weather was perfect! I highly recommend this trip and Viotor! Super easy way to connect with great excursions!

Exclusive and peaceful private tour - no other cruise boats around, we had the whole fjord to ourselves. Allow plenty of time for the drive out to the start point and the train back - and bring water and snacks if you want them. You are looked after wonderfully the whole way by a friendly and informative guide!

My husband and I had a wonderful time with Bjorn on our full day excursion. The fjords were beautiful and it is a very unique experience because he is able to take you to locations other boats cannot go. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the history.

We absolutely loved this private tour of the fjords! Being able to see the unspoiled beauty of these Norwegian fjords without any crowds was truly a once in a lifetime experience! Bjorn was one of the most hospitable, informative and charming guides we've EVER had in any of our travels, and we loved that he shared his day-to-day experience as a Norwegian with us, including bringing his young son along who is learning the business. In addition, his attention to detail making sure we were comfortable was superior- pick up at our hotel, thermal suits to keep us warm and even refreshments on the boat! We highly recommend you take this tour; while being more expensive than some others it was WELL WORTH the price for the personalized attention and microtourism experience!

We had a great time with Bjørn; highly recommend this tour! Being essentially alone out on the quiet and pristine fjords is certainly something our group will never forget! Bjørn is super knowledgeable and gave us a great tour. Way better than the ferry-like tours you see advertised all over the place.
Some things to note for other travellers: the tour includes the waterproof suits you see in the photos, which helped keep us dry and warm. Would recommend bringing a waterproof bag of some sort (some water splashes around the floor of the boat), and perhaps some waterproof gloves in case it rains - we unfortunately got hit with some rain for the first 10 mins, which left our gloves soaked for the rest of the day. But fear not, even with a little rain, it was totally worth it!
Bjørn picked us up in Bergen in a comfortable van, and he took care of the logistics of us getting home via train. Overall it was super easy, and we were back in Bergen by about 2:30pm.
Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bergen for sure! Thanks Bjørn for the unforgettable day!

Did this cruise as a solo female traveller, I was nervous at first but my experience was great and I felt comfortable! Very grateful that my trip wasn’t cancelled as it was only me and another girl who had booked on and we ended up getting a better deal as we were able to do the cruise and a mini bus/coach tour and stopped to take pictures! Went during Easter holidays so a few shops are closed, it was a sunny day luckily but Bergen does rain a lot so be prepared! I highly recommend this tour

Amazing adventure in our own Kaboat from Vikanes to Bolstad. We learned a lot of history and interesting facts about the places we were passing along the way. Mid tour we stopped on an island between the mountains, where we lit a fire and barbecued, before sailing further into the beautiful fjord up to Bolstad. Highly recommended!

A magical experience in the fjords. Away from all the tourists. Not a single other boat in site. Bjorn is professional, a great communicator and this is a guided tour with plenty of commentary from beginning to end. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
