The Tour Operator doesn’t respond to calls/ messages. I had tried calling and sending messages to the Operator contact listed , over many days. They picked up the call on the first time and after learning that we have booked via TripAdvisor ( which was a cheaper deal for us ) they just ignored. Even TripAdvisor support could not reach them. Cancelled on the morning of the booking with the excuse of driver being absent and asked us to look for tours which are available in the city centre ( way more pricier ). This is the second time this is happening for us. They might be operating under a different company so please do your due diligence before booking . Please stay away from this/ affiliates as TripAdvisor / Viator support can’t help when they try reaching out to them. The support centre just tells you to call them 1 hour before the booking.
P.S: while booking through the TripAdvisor app, they say personal pickup and app allows to set your pick up location; but it does not register in the system.

The Golf car arrived exactly on time and we had a charming young lady guide. She was very knowledgeable and took us around the route as we were expecting. It was really nice that at the conclusion of the tour she offered to take us to any place we wanted to revisit to save us having to make our own way there. This was a great bonus as my husband currently has mobility issues and walks with crutches. Throughout the trip our guide was very courteous and respectful.

The cart maneuverer around the city bringing us close to all the key sites and he gave us good tips on what to look for when we stopped for a closer look. Thank you Michael!
