To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.

This is a must for any visit to New York. Really once in a lifetime experience and it was amazing. Go around the Statue of Liberty up the Hudson River up to Columbia university and the Yankee stadium. The pilot gave a commentary along the way. Was able to take lots of photos and videos.
Be mindful that you have to pay 40 dollars when you get there. You can’t take a photo on the helipad or by the helicopter but they take one for you which you can buy after. As soon as your strapped in though you can take as many as you like.

The Helecopter ride was amazing! I would recommend this to see all of NYC, the staff on the ground were really friendly and explained what to do etc
Once in the air the pilot gave a commentary on what land marks you were seeing amd passing over. Really enjoyed with all the family.

The trip was great and so is the company that flies around New York. I felt safe and they were very friendly. What wasn't good was the fact that after paying almost $500 for 2 people through Viator we had to pay another $80 fee when we got there. Nothing from your company mentioned that. Since I didn't want to lose my $500, I paid the additional amount. But I'd like to sue you to get my money back for your bait and switch tactics. You'll hear from me soon. Won't use Viator again

Amazing views of the city. I was apprehensive booking it due to the price, but I can now say it is 10000% worth it! The tour guide was lovely too and he gave us lots of information on different buildings we flew by!

It was Incredible exiting and one of the best experience we could have during our stay. I highly recommend to do this especially when you just have some days, you can save time in going up to each skyscraper. The team at the airport is amazing , the customer support from Viator was also very nice and helpful. Very nice experience.
