This tour was excellent. We went at 6pm time. Booked in half an hour before and was lead straight to the elevators - and up to the 148 floor almost straightaway . We were offered refreshments and stayed until dark to capture the city lights. A bit expensive but worth every penny

This package was Awesome! Skipped the long lines coming and going. Very nice and was able to sit and relax on the 148th floor for as long as desired. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tons of people sitting by the windows with whole families on their phones, had to stand in line to get to take a picture by the window on the 125th floor, people cutting the line getting in and also getting out. More impressive from the bottom.If you have ever been to any other skyscraper the views are not that different, over priced and no refunds. 1 Star.

What a fast elevator to go on the 125th floor, we reached the speed of 3 floors per second, incredible.
The top terrace is great as well.

Not a good experience at all. The company I bought the ticket (Royal Smart Tourism) did not send me my ticket. I got to the desk of the burj khalifa after waiting in queue and had to contact them to get them to send me my ticket. The company sent the ticket via WhatsApp, which I had saved quickly, 2 minutes later they deleted the message… quite strange behaviour. I spoke to one of the guys at the kiosk, they recommended not to go through such third party companies for reasons such as stated above. I would suggest the same.

Just going to the top of the tallest building in the world was exciting to me! It’s a beautiful building ! That was the first reason I came to Dubai, to go to the top of the Burj Khalifa!!
