Christine our guide was lovely, The food was great and Christine’s knowledge of Leipzig was fantastic. The only downside was we expected the tour to be in English, but unfortunately as good as Christine was her English was limited and our German non existent so a translator had to be used.

In a group of 7, my husband and I were the only English speaking guests. Our guide kept us well-informed, spending just as much time with us as with the German speaking guests. From Lerche pastries to potato soup & Gose beer, there was ample food for a meal, and all delicious!

I just came back from my city trip in Leipzig and I can trully recommend Leipzig Food Tours. My friend and I had so much fun during the tour and we enjoyed the trip within thiis small group totally. Of course the guide was amazing and did a really great job. So my friend got to know many new nice locations for great food she did not know before (even though she is in Leipzig quite often). The locations were specially chosen and very unique. We always felt very welcome! Leipzig Food Tours offers a great opportunity to meet new people, get to know special food places and see an amazing city in a short time (you will be surprised how the time flies).

Sehr nette übersichtliche Stadt zu der Zeit war praktisch nix los viele Möglichkeiten mit eventbus alles anzuschauen für 19 Euro zu empfehlen

Bon aperçu du centre ville avec un guide local qui raconte l'histoire de Leipzig au fil des stations gastronimiques. Ce tour permet de connaître des restaurants et cafés un peu moins fréquentés par les touristes et dont les produits valent le détour. A savoir: le circuit est en allemand. Nous étions un tout petit groupe, très agréable. Ne pas trop manger avant de venir.

Selten habe ich eine Stadtführerin erlebt, die so sehr nicht nur ihre Stadt sondern auch diese uns Touridten vorzustellen liebt und lebt. Dies verbunden mit einem sehr abwechslungsreichen und, auch im Vergleich zu jeder anderen kulinarischen Stadtführung in anderen Städten, üppigen Kulinarik, zum Teil sogar mit begleitenden Getränk, würden eigentlich 6 Sterne verlangen.

Wir waren mit unserer Mädelsrunde auf kulinarischer Entdeckungstour in der Innenstadt. Unser Guide Susanne war fantastisch! Mit ihrer lockeren und freundlichen Art brachte sie uns die Leckereien, geschichtliche Hintergründe und die Leipziger Mundart auf lustige Weise näher. Die probierten Spezialitäten waren allesamt sehr lecker und auch die Mitarbeiter der einzelnen Stationen waren sehr aufmerksam und mega freundlich!! Die Tour verging wie im Flug, wir können sie aller wärmstens empfehlen!! Dankeschön!!

Wir haben spontan unseren Leipzig Besuch bei Freunden mit einer Foodtour begonnen. Und die Tour war sowohl für unsere Leipziger Freunde - die viel Neues und Interessantes über ihre Stadt erfahren haben - als auch für uns als Nicht-Leipziger spannend. Wir haben die verschiednen Food-Stationen sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Markthalle und die Chocolaterie hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Unser Guide - selbst seit 30 Jahren Leipzigerin - hat die Tour mit Leidenschaft geführt und uns ein sehr authentisches Bild von Leipzig gezeichnet.
Ich würde die Tour wieder machen und habe sie schon an Freunde weiterempfohlen. :)
