To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
No parking on site.

Very nice but short ;-). Liberty Tower, Ellis Island, Manhattan skyscrapers, Central Park... all in in 12 minutes. What else...

The actual views etc were incredible and it was a great experience. The only issue we had was our flight was pushed back from 2pm - 2:30 due to bad weather at 9AM that day delaying other flights. Totally get that they can’t control the weather but it would have been good to be notified of the delay prior to arrival as we got there at 1:20 (the email says to arrive 30 minutes before) meaning we wasted the better part of an hour of our day. However we were given our pictures for free as a result so they did make this upto us. Overall great experience just communication of the change could have been better.

Just viewing Manhattan fro above was quite spectacular. The narrative from the pilot was good however the headset I used had so much static I had trouble understanding!

Due to unseen circumstances, my original flight time was cancelled,but after a couple of emails to and fro, Charm Aviation managed to accommodate me on the same day,just at a later time..
Great response from them when I first started communications over re-booking in with them.they went above and beyond..and as for the flight and experience itself...well, wow! it was smooth the pilot was informative and encouraged questions and chit chat throughout the flight..
The views of manhattan are just BREATHING! It was a lifetime ambition to do this and Charm Aviations made every part of the experience one I'll never forget..what an experience

I booked this trip for my daughters birthday but was seated in the middle of a three person bench seat with adults either side. My view was therefore limited as they spent most of the trip filming out the window on their i phones. Very disappointing for what was an expensive experience..

A wonderful way to see the sights of new york. It was very sowcial to get up so close to the ststue of liberty. It was over so quickly, but although it is expensive it is worth every penny. Wonderfuk memory for the kids

Excellent trip and weather was superb for great viewing! Pilot was very good at pointing out landmarks. Staff great at taking out photographs on a trip we’ll never forget!
