1) Belgian beer tasting: Waffles ’n Beer wouldn’t be a full-proof Belgian experience without a tasting session of our iconic beers. A great way to start the workshop! You’ll discover the history and brewing process behind 3 interesting Belgian
beers, brought to you by our enthusiastic host. You'll choose your favorite beer to make your own waffles. Cheers!
2) Belgian waffle baking class: Let’s get baking! During the second part of
the workshop, you’ll learn how to bake your own Belgian waffles using your favorite beer. Our host guides you through the recipe and baking process. Thirsty? We’re always happy to give you a refill.
3) Food pairing and tasting: The moment you've been waiting for! Your self-made Belgian waffles are finally ready to be devoured. Just pair them with a topping of your choice and the beer you’ve used in the batter to get the best taste. Oh and: you can bake and eat as much waffles as you want. Yummy!

Learning to make waffles was just the start of things. It was a fun way to learn about and taste some unusual beers from the region. We got some tips about what to see and eat in Brugge. And, we had a fun couple of hours.

I never thought of beer and waffles together until attending this workshop. A great opportunity to learn about Belgian beer and how to make authentic Belgian waffles. This a great interactive event.

What a delightful experience in Bruges! The atmosphere was festive, the hosts were warm, educational and entertaining, and the beer ‘n waffles were tasty. While we were there as a couple, there were singles, and a family with two young children. Everybody had a good time. The session is a perfect length and moves at a brisk pace. You get a modest amount of beer and Belgian beer history, and then get to taste beer and make your own waffles.
Besides the good beer and food, you’ll also leave with a certificate and a keepsake apron.
This was a great way to spend 90 minutes and we left with plenty of extra waffles.

The four of us just finished the class and had a great time. We not only got to try some beers that we had not tasted before, but learned how to make some great waffles. I would recommend this class to anyone visiting Bruges.

Michell was wonderful. Great sense of humor and very easy going. Fun night meeting others from other parts of the world! The waffles were delicious and so was the beer!

This whole workshop was a blast, Michelle was very knowledgeable and patient. My husband was apprehensive about the cooking side of the workshop but with the help of Michelle and having consumed copious quantities of beer he stated this was the highlight of our trip and has been raving about the experience to everyone back home. Thank you for the perfect afternoon.
