The Alcázar of Segovia (literally, "Segovia Fortress") is a medieval alcázar, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Rising out on a rocky crag above the confluence of two rivers near the Guadarrama mountains, it is one of the most distinctive castle-palaces in Spain by virtue of its shape – like the bow of a ship. The Alcázar was originally built as a fortress but has served as a royal palace, a state prison, a Royal Artillery College and a military academy since then. It is currently used as a museum and a military archives building.

Excellent day trip for a solo traveller.
Diego who was my tour guide, was very knowledgable and kind. The tour has a nice mix of humour mixed in with histories.

Diego and Ari were great! They were both very knowledgeable and did an excellent job conveying information in English. I was amazed that we were able to hit all three cities with excellent timing and I got to see all of the main parts. A bit thank you to them and our driver, Carlos, for a fantastic experience all around. I highly recommend this as a day trip from Madrid.

It was fine but not worth the money we paid. There wasn't enough free time to explore the cities, and the tour guides seemed tired. It would have been better if we could have come without a tour. Additionally, this tour is expensive for the service they offer.

We went on an amazing tour led by Ari and Diego to Segovia, Avila, and Toledo. They are attentive, friendly, and professional. It was a long and fulfilling day trip. I’d recommend if you have a day to spare near Madrid.

It was amazing. We got the opportunity to have private tours and take lots of pictures. Diego and Ari were amazing. They had good knowledge and showed us around well. Carlos was also amazing. Big ups to the entire team👍

Ari, Diego and Carlos were great! We visited 3 cities and it was a lot of fun. Time was very limited, but it’s 3 cities so what do you expect? It was stunning and Toledo was the best for sure!!! Highly recommend and if you choose no lunch, either eat something fast on the street or pack something because time is short!
