You will be picked up by our professional driver for a short and pleasant drive towards Proietti Villa, your own private villa in Tivoli.
Here begins a culinary journey into the tradition of Roman cuisine!
The cooking class takes place in an easy- elegant environment, you will be guided from the welcome drink to the desert. A completely hands-on experience where you will learn the time-honored secrets of pasta making.
Let yourself be carried away as you learn how to cook the perfect Roman sauces with fresh local ingredients!
Enjoy the free-flowing wine and fruits of your labor before heading over to Villa D’Este, the UNESCO garden with more than 100 fountains to take the best pics of your trip!
Admire the streets, castle, and waterfalls of Tivoli before heading back to Rome.

Absolutely wonderful. Excellent is the word. From the moment you are picked up with an outstanding chauffeur to David meeting you in the Square in Tivoli. To the drive down to his hillside home it’s absolutely wonderful and you’ve only just begun. Davide and Elena. are truly warm and genuine people so very kind welcoming you into their beautiful home . You begin with everything that this chef has prepared for your lunch. Starting with appetizers. There is a layout of the meals that Davide is going to teach you to prepare yourself. The setting was exactly what we wanted, as far as stepping out of the hustle and bustle of Rome and enjoying a bit of Roma countryside, culture and foods and people. Davide is native born from Tivoli and joyfully shares the history and culture of his land. Davide is truly a chef and yet the sauces and the pasta he teaches you to prepare are exactly something I will do at home and share with my friends. He spent time showing me the proper technique for kneading my dough . I highly recommend this. I cannot thank enough these very warm and kind people for allowing me to have a dream come true and memories of an experience while I’m in my busy busy days of work back at home.

If you want to experience Rome more then just a bunch of amazing old history, book this day to experience living history. Davide welcomes you into his beautiful hillside home along with Elena. The chauffeur is excellent driving us without any worries to the peaceful historic hills of Tivoli. Davide is an excellent chef and a native to his land. He has been doing this for years and his love of cooking and sharing history and food and good times is genuine. We will come here again with more of our family. Truly good, kind, generous, joyful… I could go on and on. We trusted previous reviews and we are glad we did. Grazie mille Davide and Elena.

My partner and I came to Italy for a week for our anniversary and our time with Davide and Elena was absolutely the highlight of our trip. We love cooking and using farm-to-table ingredients while learning from experts like Davide and Elena was so incredibly special. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone and would love to do it again ourselves!!

HANDS DOWN our favorite experience we did while touring Italy! Davide and Elena were so welcoming and it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Rome. They were amazing and their dog Lucy is just the sweetest girl! If we ever make it back to Rome I hope they are still offering this experience because we would book it without hesitation. They taught us how to make 2 different kinds of pasta and made sure our cups were always full!! After leaving their home we ventured back into the town to tour the gardens which was just the icing on the cake for the day. We can't wait to get the recipes and to try and make it on our own! We both agreed that the pasta we made with Davide was the best meal we had our entire trip. BOOK THE TRIP!

An experience outside of the busy city of Rome to relax, try something new, and enjoy great food. The food was delicious and the instructors David & Elena brought the experience to life. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. Worth the entire day.

Absolutely fantastic day with David and Elena! They welcomed us into their home, cooked with us, taught us the art of Italian cooking, and shared a wonderful meal with us. The day was magical! From learning about the Italian culture to tasting olives they grew on their land. There was nothing that could have improved this experience! We will return to Tivoli and see David and Elena again and will recommend all our friends to do this experience with them. It was truly the highlight of a wonderful trip! Highly recommended! Very nice experience with Chef Davide and Elena. We enjoyed every minute of it. Everything went smooth from the pick up from our hotel to Tivoli than to Villa D 'Este and to their private Villa for our cooking class and back to Rome. We love to cook so we learned alot. The food and wine was incredible. The scenery is something you cannot describe. This was the best highlight of our holiday. We reccomend this to everyone. Thankyou and for sure you will see us for another class.
