As someone who gags at the crack of canned tuna, or has meals ruined because someone nearby is eating a particularly stinky fish - i would still recommend this tour.
We tried sweet omlette, ice cream, wagu croquettes, and octopus cakes/kebabs that were sweet and didnt taste like the ocean at all. Urchins and oysters (i passed them off to my partner after a nibble), roasted cod that was done in a way which tasted more like terriyaki chicken than fish, and sushi tuna done in 3 grades (the highest grade was the best and my partner got the rest). Some maki (skipped), and fugu (pufferfish - which is more a texture and takes on the taste of the sauce), plus some pretty amazing strawberries and ice cream. Definitely recommend!

Despite the crowds, Loc managed to guide us through the market, while tasting a lot of japanese seafood dishes that I wouldnt have known on my known. Had a great time!
