Rich, our driver, was great!! He was punctual, accommodating of our ideas for substitute destinations, and also highly knowledgeable, giving us explanations and suggestions throughout the trip. I enjoyed the friendly conversation and got to see/do everything I had wanted when coming to Tokyo. His recommendations for lunch, snacks, and shopping were top-notch. My family got to enjoy a teishoku set meal as well as a tea house at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Many thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Mattia was great! He was very flexible when we had to switch up our itinerary and was very communicative from beginning to end. He was accommodating to my elderly father as well. We were dropped off/picked up at each tour spot and were able to explore on our own timetable. Thanks!

Rich was an excellent driver and tour guide. He was easy to understand and, for not being born in Tokyo, he knew a lot about the area, culture, and history.
