Toledo is one of the oldest cities in Europe with buildings that mix architectural styles including Arabic, Gothic, Mudejar, Renaissance and Baroque, also it is called the “city of the three cultures” since Christians, Muslims and Jews lived together here. The great painter El Greco lived in Toledo in the sixteenth century.

The tour also includes free time for you to explore the rest of the city on your own, where you can return to places we have already visited. If you would prefer to just sit back and enjoy a beer or eat on a nice terrace you will also have time to do so, and your guide will recommend some good local or tourist places. Have free time by your air, to discover it streets, shops and taste typical tapas and drinks.

This medieval city challenges an American’s perspective on history!
Easy, comfortable train ride. Natalia was a perfect guide: personable and knowledgeable.
You can’t be surprised by the city being swarmed with tourists, but it’s a must-see for visitors to Madrid. The cathedral is amazing, every bit the equal of Notre Dame and St. Peter’s.

Germany (sorry, I think that was his name) was very informative. He did a great job of getting our group to the train station and on to Toledo. There was quite a bit of walking and some uphill. We were given a little over an hour of free time which was appreciated.

Great tour of Toledo combined with the high speed train was a nice way to see the sights and still be back early enough in the day to do other things. Our guide Diego was very knowledgeable about the area, and made for a pleasant day. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Toledo. Amazing views and history. Our tour guide, Diego, shared his great knowledge in a friendly and professional way. We traveled by high speed train which I think is the only way to go.
