• Ravioli with butter and sage - pasta stuffed with parmesan and ricotta cooked with the classic sauce, butter and sage
• Fettuccine with sauce of your choice - pick your favorite sauce between Tomatoes and Basil, Cacio e Pepe or Amatriciana.
• Glass of wine - You can choose a red or a white wine to taste with your meal
• Water
• Limoncello or Coffee - Conclude your meal with our famous limoncello or Italian coffee
• Home-made Tiramisu dessert - Enjoy your own Tiramisu dessert

We did this class with our three children aged 9, 11 and 13. The class was fun, a great length of time and the chef, Josephine was an excellent teacher. The class would be suitable for any skill level and you get to eat a delicious meal (that you have prepared) afterwards. Highly recommend.

Small group setting with a knowledgeable chef. Lori taught us how the intricacies of making delicious tiramisu and pasta that cannot be learned from a cookbook or even a video, including how long to soak the cookie and how dense / what texture the pasta should be. The filling for the ravioli and sauces were delicious, and I was so happy to walk away with recipes that will remind us of our honeymoon.

The class was so much fun! Lory was great and we met some really nice people from all over the world. The pasta was delicious and way easier to make than I thought. Lory was a patient and funny chef/teacher. What a great experience!
