Pickups start around 7:30 am. Approx depending on your location, it will be later.
From San Juan to Orocovis.
Once you reserve, we will send you an estimated pick-up time for your location.
The drive up to the park is 1 hour and 30 minutes from San Juan.
Everyone on the tour bus is doing a different tour,
the tour bus would not leave the park until everyone is done with the tour reserved.
Expect a call from your driver upon pick up.
Please DON"T jump on a tour bus without the driver calling your name.
The driver will be calling you by your name.

Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level

This experience was absolutely incredible. We did 7 ziplines and each one got better and better. The MONSTER left me absolutely speechless. Being able to soar so high above the ground and experience the beauty of our surroundings was so beautiful. All of the workers were helpful and courteous.
Jerry, our driver and tour guide was awesome. He was funny, knowledgeable, and personable. He even gave us some recommendations on the best places to go.
My best friend and I are already planning our trip back!

Most amazing experience! The stops were a bit harsh, but I got used to it. Brace yourself! The monster was an experience of a lifetime! I almost cried (before, during and after lol.) A must do for sure!

Allen the driver was the best! He picked us up on time and any questions we had he answered to the best of his knowledge. We had a great time a Toro Verde and it was totally worth it!

Amazing breathtaking views from the trip to ToroVerde to the end of the zip line. Definitely recommend. Don’t forget to get a GoPro I’d you don’t have one is a most. You won’t regret it

My 14-year old daughter and me had such a great day! I would really recommend this to all who enjoy heights and adventures, while feeling perfectly safe. 🤩
Alan picked us up in the morning and was our friendly guide the whole day. We first ziplined 7 lines sitting, and then finished off with the Monster and the Beast, where you lie on your stomach and fly like a superhero! Wonderful, exiting, magical! Excellent guides with great focus on security and magical views in this beautiful nature - we will remember this always! We left at 8 am and returned at 5 pm, so a full day.

Alan is one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. He took care of everything to make sure we had fun and were as comfortable as we could be. I would go again in a heartbeat.

My friend and I did this backwards …. Booked only the monster and did it after arriving … but paid to upgrade to do all the other 8 zip lines … a wonderful and exhilarating day …very well run place ..
Would love to do it again for sure …

The zip lines were awesome however the service specially in the gift shop was quite poor. I have been calling and emailing to resolve an issue with the photos I purchased but never received.
I am extremely disappointed about the overall experience even though the actual zip lining was awesome.
I wish they would care more about their customers and provide even minimum customer service.
