Disappointing that we booked tour to stay in St Moritz 2 hours .
I stead a church & boat ride in Como & only 45 minutes in St Moritz .
Not the tour we wete hoping for .
Train ride itself was excellent .

Terrible experience. Feel cheated by the tour provider. We only told that we will not be riding the bernina train on the bus and left us with no choice. The provider should not even offer this tour if there was no bernina train. I paid AUD227 for the tour. I requested for a partial refund of AUD100 with Viator, but only refunded AUD41 train fare which is AUD20 less the fare on Bernina website. I am very disappointed with the service of Viator. AUD186 for an 8 hours bus ride, that is very expensive! I won’t book this tour If I knew the bernina train wasn’t working.

Bad experience. The guide did not gave a tour and we only knew that we will not be riding the bernina train on the bus. It almost feels like they deliberately only tell us when we were on the bus and left us with no choice. We only had 2.5hrs at St Mortiz and almost everything was closed. The provider should not even offer this tour if the bernina train is not working. What made me more upset was I was told to change the date of the tour due to some “Organization and viability reasons”. In the end, after refund for the bernina train tickets, I paid almost $170 for a bus ride that made me car sick the whole time. Terrible experience. If I knew the bernina train wasn’t working at attendance taking, I would have not gone.

It was a fantastic and great trip. Sonia the guide was exceptional and explained every detail with clarity leave no one needing to ask any questions or doubts. We got a lot of snow on the way up to St. Moritz in the train and even the lake at st moritz was frozen. All in all a great tour

Our Tour Guide was wonderful. She had a large group and gave explanations in three different languages. She was very knowledgeable, patient, funny, and made the trip a great experience. The train ride to St. Moritz was beautiful.

The day was worthwhile even though a landslide meant we were unable to do the train component,
The bus took us along the same route the train follows.
Our guide Nicoli was ok, limited commentary on route but was informative about the days prices and the main places we stopped.

The view from bernina train is beautiful in white because we are travelling in the middle of snowing time. Our guide Vivianne is very kind and communicative. The driver Fransesco shows high skill in driving the very long bus on a steep climb with sharp turns. Very recommended.

It was an experience I will never to forget. The scenery is breathtaking. T The tour guide Lina was very hospital and made the trip interesting. The tour company was also very accommodating and answered all our questions very quickly in English.

The tour attempted too much into the time allotted, which made everyone rush through the day without enjoying each venue. Perhaps the train ride and Lake Como should be separate tours.
