Fantastic tour. Our guide Leila was extremely knowledgeable and articulated the history in a great manner. The sites were well worth the time we devoted.

Company always changed the dates and times which didn’t coordinate with our schedule. Said they would provide a discount, no full refund, even though it wasn’t what we paid for or signed up for

The tour was good, though the tour guide was lackluster at best. She pointed things out, but didn't engage us at all. It was like she was reciting from a script.

I waited for over an hour for your guide who never showed up. Contacted customer service and representative could not even get the right day or your correct. Told her I wanted a refund and she said she did not know. Have not hear from your company

The Basilica was even more than I expected, almost as impressive as the Vatican. Our guide was very knowledgeable which helped to understand everything we saw.
Only downside is it’s really crowded, specially to get up to the second floor, but this particular ticket/tour was perfect as we did get up to second floor out in the balcony, walked the bridge of sighs and saw everything. I definitely recommend this tour.

Detailed knowledge of the guide and asked if there were any questions frequently. Going outside on the first floor of St Marks!

Max was our tour guide - he was a fountain of information about both the basilica and the Doge's palace. Clear how much we knew based on how easily, he answeredf questions (I asked a lot!)

We enjoyed learning about the Doge’s Palace and the tour guide was very informative. Our only big feedback were the directions given as to where this is located in Venice. Walking directions were given and we got lost multiple times and it took 90 mins to find. Best advice is to advise to get on the water taxi and take to the St Marks Square!
