Your airport lei greeting begins at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). Most visitors spend at least a short time in Honolulu, even if it is just to pass through the airport for a connecting inter-island flight. Our friendly greeters have secure area airport badges, affording us the opportunity to greet you right at your baggage claim! Your greeter will then escort your party to the baggage claim and you may have the opportunity to ride the airport transit Wiki Wiki Shuttle.
Our company has an amazing reputation for going above and beyond. We embody the aloha spirit and love sharing our aloha with visitors to the islands. Your fresh leis are often made by your greeter just for you, thus making it a very personalized experience, and we often have some island treats to share.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT transportation from outside the airport boundaries (ex: to Waikiki hotels). This service takes place within the confines of the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, O'ahu.
NOTICE: Due to varying customs and agriculture timeframes, we will not be performing lei greeting services for international arrivals except for Canada.

Beautiful Lei with pleasant smell but greater was supposed to meet us at our baggage claim upon arrival but did not show up until 10 minutes after our luggage arrived which spoiled the surprise for my wife because I had to explain why we had to stay at our baggage claim after our baggage arrived. Greater was very nice and offered to take our picture.

The airport greeting representative was very nice. However, this was originally couched as an airport pickup with lei greeting (the post even originally had a photo of a blue van instead of the woman with the lei). It is only a lei greeting. So, we spent $80 to get two flower leis and had to spend another $60 to get to our hotel in a taxi. The vendor should remove anything related to "pickup" in the description. It seems like some of this has been reworded already.

We were greeted with the most beautiful flower leis. Due to weather issues we arrived 24 hours late. One call to Viator and our arrangements were quickly updated. The perfect start to the perfect vacation! Mahalo Viator!
