When you arrive in Maui at Kahului Airport (OGG), look for your lei greeting representative at the first non-secured area and receive your wonderful island greeting. Treat yourself and loved ones to a traditional Honolulu lei welcome, featuring beautiful, fresh local orchids. This is the perfect way to start your family vacation, honeymoon or special occasion.
The history of the lei dates back to the ancient Hawaiians, who wore braided leaves, native flowers, shells, feathers, stones and bones to beautify themselves. They often offered these garlands to each other and to their gods as a symbol of love and friendship. The lei was treasured and worn with pride by people of every age.
Leis are still carefully made by hand by Hawaiians, weaving fragrant, colorful flowers and leaves together to create a work of art. A symbol of Hawaii, leis are worn on all special occasions and given to family and friends as gifts of love.

This was so great!! The kids loved it and they were kind enough to take our picture, and offer us help to baggage claim and car rental area. Our flight was delayed an hour and they were still there waiting for us on time!

The Lei was so beautiful. It was such a great pleasure to walk off the airline and see the sign in the baggage area. It was a special occasion for us and she helped start it off.
She is very responsive with communication. The Lei is heavy, loaded with amazing flowers!!

It was easy for us to spot our greeter because she was holding a sign with our names on it. Lei’s were delivered as promised, and she also offered us directions to the baggage claim and car rentals and took our picture! We’ve been to Hawaii many times and I just always wanted a lei greeting!

My grandkids loved the lei greeting. They were so excited about going to Hawaii for the first time and this experience made it all even more special. They were greeted on time when their flight arrived and the leis were fresh and beautiful ! Thank you

We did the traditional Lei greeting for our daughters. It was perfect. The gentlemen met us at the entrance to baggage claim and had a great sign with their names on it. He gave a warm Hawaii greeting and then accompanied us to baggie claim and offered suggestions for restaurants and guided us to baggage claim. Very nice and not overbearing. I would highly recommend this for any newbies to Hawaii.

Our flight into OGG was delayed over 30 minutes, but happy to see our beautiful leis waiting for us upon arrival. The gentleman was very curious and even offered to take a photo of my family.

Having my mom receive the lei was the most memorable. A dream come true for us. Orchids are my favorite. My lanai at home is filled with them. So beautiful. Thank you for making the switch for me from a candy lei to the classic lei. Totally my mistake. Much appreciated.
