Contact information and Recommendations upon arrival at Cancun Airport
Please follow these recommendations when you arrive at the Cancun airport to find our representative who will gladly welcome you and take you to where the operator is located to give you transportation to your hotel or destination.
We suggest you print and take these recommendations with you:
• Once you land in Cancun, you will have to pass immigration and customs first, after migration you can collect your luggage and go to the main exit of the airport building.
• Upon reaching the main exit you will notice a panoramic glass door.
• Passing this door you will notice an indefinite number of representatives of transport companies and travel agencies with Signs of Passenger Names and logos of the different companies and companies.
• One of these representatives will be waiting for you, duly uniformed with a GO CANCÚN sign and your name written on a virtual tablet.
Important Notice: Before leaving the airport building to the interior you may be contacted by a timeshare agent of a hotel who for entertaining you and trying to sell you will tell you to help you contact us after having listened to it, we ask you to Please don't be fooled and continue outside. When leaving the building it could be a bit overwhelming to see a large number of representative with signs and to be able to contact our representative, we advise you not to lose your calm Your representative will be waiting for you as long as necessary. In the event that for any reason you cannot find your representative, we suggest you please call us at the numbers below, we recommend that you please do not let representatives of other carriers try to help you and dial for you. or they will inform you that their representative has already retired, please ignore if possible, check yourself as unofficial and unsafe carriers will try to sell you the transfer to your hotel.
All our drivers and representatives are duly uniformed with a phosphorescent green Filipina and black pants, both with our company logo. Each Representative carries an Official ID issued by the Cancun Airport where his name and the name of our company appear.
Meeting point at the Airport:
• If your flight landed at Terminal-2 please look for Flataform 41
• If your flight landed at Terminal-3 please look for the MargaritaVille Bar
• If your flight landed at Terminal-4 please look for Flataform C
• If your flight landed at the National Terminal please look for the Coconut Bar

TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT THE CANCUN AIRPORT When arriving at Cancun International Airport please follow these directions to find the driver that will transport you to your destination: Please show on your phone with the Company Representative & driver this confirmation Voucher on your arrival. the voucher confirmation will have all the information needed. • Once you land in Cancun Airport you must clear immigration and customs first. We will be monitoring your flight and its output terminal until you come out... After you clear immigration, Luggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hall, they will try to offer free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking) Look for tour team after you exit the main sliding door, we will be waiting there for you to come out into the waiting area with all the other transfer companies. • The Representative of the company will meet and greet you holding a tablet with your name written on it. who is wearing a long Green shirt. **If your reservation is with the White VAN the driver is wearing a long Green shirt **If your reservation is in our Black Car Luxury Services the driver is wearing a long Black shirt Please go straight through the exit doors (MARKED GROUND TRANSPORTATION & TAXIS) If any representatives from other agencies or hotels try to stop you THERE IS LOTS OF SCAMMER Please do not stop, and help us to get to our representative (we will be here waiting so please do not believe people saying our team left and will reimburse you, that they are on a call with us, or that we are not there) MEETING POINT AT THE AIRPORT: · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-2 International Airline, Once you are outside the building turn right and look for the “Grab and Go Restaurant” the representative from the company will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your Airline is “Volaris, Viva Aerobus or Magniccharter” After you pass immigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) and turn right, Once you are outside the building the representative from the company will be located in front the “Welcome Bar Kiosk” will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-3 Once you pass Immigration (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) Once you are outside the building go straight and the representative from the company will be waiting for you in the corner of “MargaritaVille Bar” with a Tablet written your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-4 After you pass immigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate and turn to left to the exit doors (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) “Not in the Family and Friends Area Please do not confuse.” The representative from the company will be located in front of the Platform “C” waiting for you with a Tablet written your name on it. Our drivers and company representatives are uniform with Apple Green shirt and black pants. Every one of our representatives and drivers has an Authorized Airport Identification Card as well. If it takes you more one hour to leave the terminal after landing because your airline, lost your luggage or for any other reason, if you do not see our driver when you exit the airport, please contact.

The service was amazing from beginning to end. Emmanuel was great at making sure we comfortable throughout the ride. Overall it was a great experience we loved it so much we decided to book them on the way back to the airport.

I booked this service round trip.... Coming in my trip was a breeze, it was wonderful and worth every penny from the cool drinks to the comfortable space, to the driver, unfortunately my driver on the way back was quite rude.. f you can request, I would suggest not getting Javier. He barely wanted to help with the luggage, his fridge was broken or maybe he wasn't using it so when I wanted a refreshment I had to basically walk in a moving vehicle. He also did not have any sanitizer, mints, or a cold towel waiting for us as we did on the way in. I requested that he make a stop and he said ok we will stop closer to the airport because it was not safe where we were..... We were fine with that until we were pulling up to the airport and he rushed us out. I said what happened to the stop for food, he said oh there's food in the airport you can find. I respect people more when they are up front, he could have said he isn't allowed to make stops or unfortunately his schedule didn't permit for it today he said he would stop and then just lied. Lastly he also was not the best driver he was all over the road and even picked up his phone once. THERE IS A SIGN THAT SAYS its illegal for drivers to be on their phone while transporting passengers... he obviously didn't care. I recommend this service, just not Javier.

I brought my mom to Tulum for her birthday and Mother’s Day, STP was very attentive throughout the entire process from booking to our final trip back to the airport. Alberto V. picked us up from the hotel and was there earlier than scheduled with waters waiting for us. I’m actually writing this review on the ride back to the airport, WiFi available, and tv’s if we wanted to watch while riding!

Clear instructions upon arrival at the airport, great service, great driving too and from the airport. Very nice vehicles and cleanliness. Overall will be booking with them each time I fly to Cancun.

Excellent service! We were provided with moist washcloths by the driver so we could freshen up from the flight.
The driver was very friendly and drove well.
The van was extremely comfortable, clean, and appeared to be rather new.
We would definitely use them again!
