Itinerary
In this 3-day, 6-hour sound healing training, you will firstly learn how to do mantra chanting and meditation with singing bowls. By playing singing bowls and chanting mantras, you can create an environment that is conducive to meditation, helping you become more mindful and present in the moment. In addition to personal meditation, you can also use singing bowls to offer meditation to others.
Secondly, you will learn about balancing the 7 chakras. Each chakra is associated with specific physiological and psychic functions, as well as specific body organs and endocrine glands. Understanding the chakras allows us to gain insight into our state of being and can be perceived by those who are aware and sensitive enough. These energy centers play a role in our awareness, including our senses, feelings, and emotions.
Lastly, you will learn how to give a massage with singing bowls. Experience the power of sound therapy with a hands-free massage that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energized. The sound vibrations produced by this therapy have the ability to penetrate deep into your body, gently shaking and stimulating your inner organs, cells, and tissues.

Can really be recommended :-). Yakraj Rokaya was a wonderful teacher. I felt really lucky to get 1 to 1 training, it was special because of this. It turned out that 2 hours on each of the three days was suitable. If it had lasted longer, one would probably have become quite tired. In addition to training in the pronunciation of mantras and the use of singing bowls, the teacher also performed sound healing on me. Already on day 2, practice started on a test subject and on day 3 I brought a friend with me and performed a full sound healing as part of the training.

Karmayogi Wellness; Raj, Dipa, Comwell and family have treated me like family while I learned Sound Healing. Baba Jolly was my teacher and I'm very grateful to learn from him and his many years of experience. I learned a lot and Karmayogi Wellness has offered me plenty of chances to continue to practice. I feel good to practice on my own and to provide treatments and sound baths for others.
You get a manual and get to use one of the sound bowl sets they have. For three days, it goes by quick and you'll have plenty of homework to do in between. I was able to ask many questions and got to practice during class as well as after. I would totally recommend to others if they have the time and are interested in this healing art. Salut à tous ! J’ai fais la formation pour animer des sessions de bol chantant, superbe expérience dans cette école qui permet également de pratiquer après les trois jours de formation théorique. Je recommande chaleureusement cette école 😉
