This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Tromso Fjords, Tromso Norway
We will drive you on your private minivan to the area around Tromso with highest chances for clear skies. Once we find clear skies and stars, we will wait for the Aurora with coffee and muffins while we get our cameras ready for the big moment. Please note that we have 90% success rate which means that 10% of nights there is either no clear skies in any direction, or there is no energy at all. We will inform guests about the conditions and guests can postpone or cancel and get a 100% refund if the chances are very low and they don't want to risk. If guests decide to go despite knowing that chances are low and there is no success, no refund will be made.

Went with Francisco of Green gold of Norway
Not just he made sure we see the northern lights, he wanted us to see it again after the first glimpse of the northern lights
He continued the ride on our way back and made another stop for more northern light chasing
He emailed us the professional photo he took for us after the tour

Very serious Francisco,he explain everything properly.He is taking a good care of everyone.He is fairly and correct .He knows where are the best places to see aurora and expert in taking photos.We recommend to take a tour with him.

So if you have a baby you should inform the guide, obviously. A baby is not a baggage. If you are a guide, you should choose the ones who paid, not the ones who will pay more before departure. I see that for this guide if you are bringing a baby he will cancel your trip. So if you have a baby bring it along and have some fun! Cancel some trips! This a service which this guide will offer you should profit as he profited by our situation.
The worst guide ever! More money better...We booked a trip for 2 people and after they took our money, in 3 hours before our departure they called to inform us they tried to cancel our trip, because there's a couple with a baby and they want them to come instead of us. Now we have to wait 5 days to receive our money back and we didn't even have the chance to go on our trip.
He should cancel their trip not ours because they caused this situation.

We booked this private Northern Lights Chase after our trip was cancelled due to bad weather and we were really glad that we did. As a family of 7 with ages 8-69 we were really keen on a private tour due to the flexibility offered. Our guide, Francisco explained the science behind the aurora and went all out to ensure we saw the lights! He was friendly and well organised throughout. Having driven nearly to the Finnish border we were successful in viewing the lights, which made our holiday.
We would definitely recommend this tour and will use them again when we visit Tromso. Thank you Francisco!

Nos tuvo 6 horas en un lado de la carretera mirando hacia el mar por si salía la aurora.
Antes de apuntarnos al tour nos dijo que iba a ser difícil verla, pero era mejor intentarlo en vez de al día siguiente.
Cuando llegamos al tour por la tarde nos dijo lo contrario. Que al día siguiente habría más probabilidad.
Si no se ve no es culpa del guía. Pero lo que no puede ser es que pasará tanto del grupo. Nos tuvo 6horas sin movernos a un lado de la carretera con una muffin y un café. El se tumba a y pasaba de todos. Luego nos devolvió al punto de encuentro y ni si quiera un adiós. O un vengan mañana si hay disponibilidad y lo intentamos de nuevo. Como hacen las demás agencias. Que muchas te ofrecen volver a repetir o devolución del 50% si no se ven. No reserven con este señor. Desde luego decepcionante y poco humano.
