The day visit includes an educational guided tour of the Sanctuary and the wolves. The Tsitsikamma Wolf Sanctuary provides safe-haven for surrendered Grey Timber wolves, non-indigenous to South Africa, rescued from the exotic pet trade.
Tsitsikamma Wolf Sanctuary is a True Sanctuary, being a non-breeding, non-touch and non-trading facility.
Your guide will educate you on wolf conservation efforts, and you are introduced to the wolves at the Sanctuary in a respectful and ethical manner, respecting the wolves.

Can't stop thinking about the beautiful wolves we met. We received the perfect tour where we got to know every wolf's story and even pet some of them (never against their will!!). Their howl will be forever in my memory.
