In this course, we will focus on the three important steps: breathing, body alignment and meditation, to use the body's own strength to balance the sympathetic/parasympathetic nerves. Emphasizing the entry into the realm of Vipassana meditation through breathing and correct stretching.
1 hour Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Using gentle and rhythmic lymphatic massage techniques, this treatment effectively stimulates the lymphatic system, encouraging the elimination of toxins and increases blood circulation.
2 courses Tula Wellness set Menu & re-balancing drink
A nutritious and healthy 2 courses meals that you could choose which promotes body rejuvenation and balance electrolytes of the body's cells.

This experience really set the tone for me while on my trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gina, Widi & Leona were the highlight of this experience.
Davidi Yoga session was perfect for my needs.
I felt so refreshed and the food was simply delicious. Presentation was great and ambiance was so relaxing.

Everything was great. From the driver who collected us, to the yoga for definite beginners to the wonderful massage with Ana and Desi to the delicious lunch.
The place the staff the location. and the whole experience was amazing.
Would highly recommend!

Very authentic yoga class, highly recommend. My family went twice on our stay at The Amala and we would come again. My body, mind and spirit very relaxed and revived each time. Namaste 🙏🏼🧘🏼♀️
