My wife and I had Jaime as our guide and we could not be more pleased with how the day went, he was so knowledgeable about everything he showed us, he was on time and made sure there was cold waters for us being it’s so hot out, really couldn’t have asked for a better day and a better experience….. oh and btw the lunch they served was better than what I been getting at my 4 diamond hotel, how that makes sense I have no idea but it was so good, and also want to praise Paola who was out ATV guide, she made sure everyone knew what they were doing, explained how to use the machine the right way and what not to do, really had a great experience, can’t wait to come back to Mexico just do another activity with them, they are the best and very good with pricing as well!!!!

Ah. So Tulum was alright, you walk around and see the ruins it is what it is pictures would have been fine for me but the others I was with were into it so that made me happy. Then we went to the ATV and cenote site. We were met by a man named Alfredo who was our guide for the tours. When we went to discuss safety of the ATVs, it was quickly changed to forcing you to buy insurance. We were told everything was included and only brought cash for tips so didn't have the extra cash for insurance and boy was that a mistake. Alfredo became extremely verbally abusive, embarrassing us in front of the rest in the group. He ripped clipboards out of both females hands who refused insurance. He started mocking us and saying we must be experts and that we were full of excuses because we didn't have enough cash on us. I ended up not going on the ATV because I was too intimidated and scared of him. During the ride he was doing everything in his power to make the individuals who didn't buy insurance crash into him, including making people switch spots and yelling at them to go faster. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience and no one enjoyed it. I would not recommend and I'm sad I ruined a day of vacation. Will never go on an excursion again.

The cenote were great and swimming was breath=taking. There is something to be said about walking in the lands of the Mayans. The guides made my grandson feel welcomed, included, and just made it fun. This is a tour you do not want to miss!

Never picked us up. Tried to blame us for the wrong pick up time when we had confirmation via message from the tour provider. Tour company tried to lie and said we were no show. Ended up getting partial refund from via Viator and had to dispute the rest.

We had so much fun on this tour! Maria at the Tulum Ruins was great and very knowledgeable. Mario Lemus was an AWESOME guide. He was very funny and energetic. He said that we were his responsibility for the day and he meant it. He took care of us from the moment he picked us up to the caverns and back to the hotel. He continuously checked on our elderly companions as we participated in the ZipLine and ATV activities. He ensured that we felt safe and were informed. When I got exhausted during the ZipLines, the team ensured that I had a safe return back to the base. Juan with the ATVs came and picked me up and was extremely kind. Mario met us to make sure that I was okay. Juan made sure that we had a terrific ATV ride. The photos captured our experience very well. We TOTALLY recommend Aventuras Mayas!!

Alfredo (our amazing tour guide) made the trip educational and fun! Everything ran very smoothly we got to see the ruins, ride ATVs and swim in a cenote! There were plenty of gift shops at both locations with great prices and items! The lunch at the ATV location was delicious and served hot! We would highly recommend this to other couples and families!

My wife and I scheduled ATV, cenote and Ruins. We enjoyed ATV riding but had to stop many times due to ATVs not running correctly for 3 people. Wifes ATV had all engine lights and oil lights flashing. Frantz our guide was great always putting safety first. He stopped to change out my wifes and others ATVs. The cenote was great, so beautiful and Frantz shared his history knowledge which was great. Lunch was good, nothing amazing about the food but plenty of food and drink. The problem we had was they told us they were giving us free ziplining with our tour. We did not actually want to do ziplining but since we had to wait for others to complete 5 to 7 lines we decided to do it instead of just sitting around waiting for all others. This is were it gets dissapointing. We lost a lot of time due to the zip lining. By the time we traveld to the ruins we had 1 hour and 25 minutes. It was going to take 45 min to an hour to get into the ruins ( long lines)...by the time we arrived. It was not worth standing in line for 1 hour to try to rush through the ruins for 25 to 35 minutes. There was 12 in our group and 10 out of 12 decided it was not worth it, so all went their separate ways and just walked around the shopping area and bought lunch. So we all lost out on the ruins due to the offered free ziplining. The company should not take this time away from our paid tour. We missed the ruins.

Really good trip!! Tulum ruins are beautiful (lots of history) and there is some shade View from the top over the ocean is stunning! My boys and I had lots of fun in the 14miles of well groomed trails in the jungle and the provided lunch was really good. Cenote swim was worth doing, but the sun filtered pics you always see isn’t really accurate for this place. But it was cool to swim in an underground river as long as bats don’t freak you out. The guides for both ATVing and cenote were well informed. We felt very safe. There is a private locker where you can store your stuff. We booked through Apple Vacations and transfers were excellent. The Tulum ruins site has shopping just outside the entrance, so there’s lots to see and buy.
