Itinerary
Your journey inside the Turkish bath, will be welcoming you at the entrance and guide you to the Sauna room where you can enjoy 10 to 15 minutes followed by 10 to 15 minutes steam bath to relax and soften your skin as well as helping your body to adjust to the heat of the Moroccan bath, first you will lie down on the Heating stone 50 minutes full body massage, the hexagon heated marble in the middle, for at least 10 minutes. Then, the Marble Polished Square Water Basin where you will exfoliate your body with a special scrubbing mitten, the kese. After rinsing, the final step of the ritual –Foam (bubble soap wash) will start and you will be rubbed with a loofah, leaving you with a feeling of purification.
Then you will move to our relaxation room where you can enjoy hot drinks and relax for 15 minutes.
After you can have free time to enjoy our Sauna, Steam bath

Experience felt a little bit rushed, although a lady and a gentleman who gave us a scrub, wash, massage and facial were absolutely amazing.
Good mood was ruined in the end by the driver who shouted at us for taking too long to get dressed after the procedures.

It’s just a service that runs as many people through as possible. Not very personal. Felt I was forgotten about several times. Transportation involves dropping off 5 or 6 clients along the way. Wish I had spent a little more money for a better experience!

Amazing experience! My husband and I were able to stay together the entire time! We upgraded for $25 per person to get the an additional chocolate oil wrap and coconut body scrub! Amazing massage! Must do! Best Spa!

They cancelled on me I want compensation they are total rubbish!! Their customer service was shot !! They cancelled on me right at last minute!! Plus never refunded me my money.

We were picked up on time in a minivan, with the driver helpfully pointing out points of interest on the way. We were taken to the unassuming entrance, but Once inside, it felt calm and luxurious! It wasn't as 'private' as others we've done, but some of the previous comments of it being a 'production line' is a bit unfair. The scrub and soap bath were expertly done, followed up by an intense massage (we both opted for a 'hard' massage so our faults!) We were not given the body clay as promised on the booking, but other than that the experience was great, and a reasonable price.
One negative that did distract from it was our private transfer back to our hotel.. The taxi driver drove extremely slowly (far below the speed limit) and erratically throughout and made us stop off at a petrol station for fuel, the whole ride back made us feel uneasy.

Good Experience , Turkish clay for the whole body was missing as per what is included in the package, when I have asked them , they made lame excuses, which made me little upset.

The place was quite nice and had all of the amenities, however, it does feel like a production line. You feel like you are being quickly rushed from one experience to the next in order to allow the next group to begin their experience. This was the biggest issue I could say about the place, we did eventually try other places where the experience was much better, but the price was more than double for that.

An excellent spa experience with friendly and caring staff. Inside the spa is beautiful, well decorated and well thought out. The staff are kind and made accommodations based on our needs. The transfer was safe, comfortable, on time and easy.
