Whether you are staying at a hotel in Port Vila or just visiting for the day via cruise ship this tour would be the perfect choice for all ages to enjoy. Being a fairly recent establishment Back to Eden has all the qualities to impress.
The serene snorkeling tour lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours and begins right at the front of Back To Eden. The guide will lead you to the most beautiful sea anemone known as Nemo City, the home of dozens of beautiful clown fish. You will also see the most iridescent giant clams, as well as stunning coral and schools of tropical fish, if you are lucky you could spot a turtle or two (sometimes there have been up to 5 turtles on these tours!) All of this begins right at the front of Back to Eden Restaurant, all snorkeling gear for the tour is provided.

Traveler pickup is offered
For hotel guests we will pick up directly from your hotel lobby. For day visitors coming on board cruise ships we will pick up directly from the Port Vila main wharf. Once you get there just look out for the Yumi Tours Orange flag where our team will be waiting.

Koko was very knowledgeable and helpful. Genuine village life going on around us. People were friendly. Saw lots of fish. No turtles today but it was a natural experience. Saw giant clam.

First we went to Back to Eden on Efate. Here we were greeted with our snorkeling guide who kitted out those that needed the equipment thence to the waters edge. We, the group swam out to our guides favourite spot above the giant clan. Loads of fishes were observed including Nemo or his father🤣! We then swam further along the reef in search of the elusive turtles. One of our party saw one, but kept it quiet!! Refreshments were available on our return. As this was a half day trip, we persuaded our bus guides to go to the Turtle sanctuary where turtles and other threatened species were observed!

Be very careful booking a tour with this company. They confirm weeks ahead of the booking, they take your money and confirm again only to cancel last minute because the tour is booked out for a cruise ship. Very unprofessional people and only interested in $$. Very unpleasant dealings with Phillip

We waited for 30 minutes for our guide. I tried messaging with no response. Our hotel called and was told they had forgotten about us and we’re sorry, but there was a cruise ship in and they couldn’t make it. Another phone call told us that someone from the village would come and get us this was now over an hour later. A 30 min snorkel with a village local, then 90 min wait to go back to hotel. The villagers were lovely and very welcoming, but the cost of this in no way reflected our very disappointing overall experience. Would not recommend Yumi Tours.

Absolutely amazing, Coco our snorkeling guide was amazing.
We had the pleasure of seeing two turtles 🐢 and amazing sea life.
Our drive was amazing and friendly.
This is not a fancy tour, but they do their upmost best to make sure you have a great experience.
If you can swim in the ocean for an hour then definitely go!

Max and the team are amazing! The reef rejuvenation project is truly great and really interesting and the snorkelling was amazing! Beautiful colourful reef with lots to see! We’d definitely recommend this trip and best snorkelling on the island!

We were picked up promptly from our accommodation. The driver, who is also our guide, shared a lot funny facts about Vanuatu. We had a good conversation on the way to Back at Eden. We get to know more about this magical country.
When we reached the snorkeling spot, there was another guy who guided us under the water. We were lucky to see 2 turtles and beautiful corals and clownfish. Unlucky my phone's camera system didn't work well underwater so I didn't get many photos. But it's definitely a wonderful tour!

Awesome snorkeling and great value for money. I have never seen so much beautiful coral, colorful fish and turtles. What a beautiful spot and part of the world. If you get a chance definitely go Back to Eden.

Thanks to Bruce for his expertise snorkelling guided tour we were able to snorkel out and see 3 massive sea turtles in their natural environment, the gorgeous enormous colourful clam garden and the famous Nemo City - this was the most amazing snorkelling tour we completed in Vanuatu and would HIGLY recommend it.
