Tirta Empul means Holy Spring in Balinese. The temple compound consists of a petirtaan or bathing structure, famous for its holy spring water, where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification. The temple pond has a spring which gives out fresh water regularly, which Balinese Hindus consider to be holy or amritha. In the Temple you can see how Balinese people doing a holy blessing.

Fabulous scenes of the green rice paddies. Stroll through the famous rice fields. See how the farmers do their daily activities, and after the walk, dine in a small restaurant with wonderful views of the jungle and the Tegalalang valley.

Stop At: Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Jl. Monkey Forest, Ubud 80571 Indonesia
This unique and sacred place is a must see place in Ubud. There are many wild life inside the thick forest. Walk along the path under the shade and see many birds, lizards, butterflies and monkeys among the trees. It is a perfect set for the real wild life. There are 3 sacred temples to balance this area. Local people usually come to pray on a special ceremony day.

Our driver Adhi was so very amazing. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and a pleasant to be around. Considering we were from the US we needed someone to show us around and he did just that. I would recommend!!!

Adhi, our Ubud tour guide was vastly informative, knowledgeable and very friendly. He would have gone the extra mile, if asked (we didn't). The tour was worth it, Adhi made it enjoyable and every visit was good.

Adhi, our driver and tour guide, was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, he was accommodating and polite. The whole day was well planned, swing, rice fields, coffee plantation, waterfall and monkey forest.
Adhi was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, which only enhanced our experience.
