Departure Point: Pickups from hotels in downtown Puerto Princesa (within 15 kms of the airport)
Directions: If your hotel is located beyond 15 kilometers from Puerto Princesa Airport, a designated pick up point shall be communicated to you. You will be picked up and dropped off at this location. You may arrange your own transportation to this location. We shall also help you find alternate transportation or arrange a private transfer subject to a surcharge of $80.

RV and Roman were really lovely guides who spoke excellent english, they answered all our questions and also helped me get gluten free food at lunch. I would recommend their tour service.

Our tour guide, Echo, made our trip today an experience to remember. Pickup was exactly on time to ensure everything went smoothly from the start. On the drive over, Echo communicated tour and area information clearly in both Tagalog and English for our family since we are mixed nationalities. Once in Sabang, Echo took care of everything to let us enjoy the port area. Our tour guide was very personable the entire time. Lunch was included on our trip, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Smooth ride back to our hotel in Puerto Princesa. 10/10 would recommend this trip and to request Echo as your guide because he has a lot of interesting information to share as a trained biologist. -Thank you from the Reamy and Montanino family!

Booked via Tripadvisor. The trip was fine. Everyone visiting the underground river will have more or less the same experience. I do want to complain about the organization of the tour. They put people taking the optional mangrove boat tour and zipline together with those who don't. So those who don't take these activities have to wait more than one hour by a beach. The seats on the van was also quite narrow and especially the back row was a bit uncomfortable.

Had a smooth drive and fun day with our guide Weng. Bus was new and clean. The entry was well organized. I would recomend this company.

Had I been advised that the actual underground river tour itself would last only 30 minutes out of a long day, I would not have booked this.
The van from Puerto Princessa City to Sabang Wharf took approximately 1 hr and 45 minutes (and we were nearly the last two be picked up - so this was longer for others). We waited 2 hours at the wharf. Some of this, per our guide, was due to her waiting for others who opted to add the mangrove tour or Zipline. Then she decided not to have us wait any longer and sent us on (but now without a guide). We took the boat to the head of the underground river and waited another hour for the actual tour (30 minute tour) to begin. Then a buffet lunch and back.
Again, we were nearly the last to be picked up and the first two be dropped off at our hotel and we were gone for over 8 hours for an experience that lasted 30 minutes.

The trip was fantastic . The scenes are spectacular and nature is amazing . We had a great and safe and cheerful driver RV and a great tour guide Reggie.
I highly recommend the trip and the travel agency

Corazon Travel and Tours, and our guide Roman, were a delight. We arranged a private tour due to time constraints. Roman was ready and waiting for us in our hotel lobby shortly before the appointed time. Throughout the long day he was friendly and informative. He made the day go smoothly so that we could just relax and enjoy the amazing day. The underground river tour itself is unique and impressive. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and highly recommend it.

It would be hard to screw up something as incredible as the underground river so I recommend this trip! The guides were very communicative about expectations for wait times, the drive over was comfortable and they were very on top of picking me up at the airport and making sure everyone got to where they needed to go after the trip. The reason this isn't a five star review is because the wording was a little misleading regarding the "forest walk" in the national park. We were told that we would get to go on a hike and what we did was not a hike at all (200M walk from the landing to the boats to get into the cave) and many of us were disappointed. However, everything else was great and I had a wonderful time. The care that's taken to preserve the cave is admirable and everything was efficient.

Read the whole review. Firstly I want to make it clear the caves were fantastic and I recommend anyone seeing them. HOWEVER the tour was disappointing. To start, we were collected 20 minutes late and it took 2 hours from Puerto Princessa city to get to the dock. The mini bus did have ac but was very cramped with 9 people in total. It then took 2 hours for our tour guide to sort the permit for us to get a boat to the caves. The itinerary is also incorrect. The ‘beach' which states you have 2 hours at, is infact the dock that you wait at, and is not an area to have leisurely time in. The lunch provided was a buffet and it was very tasty. I would recommend the caves to a friend but not this tour company. The 6- 8 hour tour was correct but the majority of this time was in the mini bus or dock, the cave tour is only 45 minutes.

This is a great place to visit ounce you traveled in Palawan. Great history and have a very creative rock formations and the nature is amazing as always in palawan.
