We did a private barrel dive. A very nice and refreshing experience. The staff was kind and guided us through everything. We recommend you try it.

A fantastic ice bath experience, perfect for first timers! We were made to feel extremely comfortable and were given brilliant practical tips and techniques that we can now happily put into practice at home.
With a focus on breathing and relaxation, this experience acts as a reminder of how important it is to stay calm in situations that would normally be out of your comfort zone.

Had a very relaxing few hours at the spa and the highlight was the beer spa. Throughly enjoyed it.
The spa is set just across from a stunning park area, and the building itself is beautiful. We enjoyed our time here.
