Went up the O2 with my daughter two days ago. Amazing experience. Mark was our guide and he was very informative and professional. I found the first slope a bit hard- age related I think!- but it soon got much easier. Can highly recommend. Very safe. Book it. You won't be disappointed.

My sister-in-law and I recently had the absolute pleasure of embarking on the Up at The O2 experience in London, and I must say, it was truly unforgettable – a solid 10 out of 10! From start to finish, every aspect of the adventure was impeccably organized and executed, making for an exhilarating and seamless journey to the top of one of London's most iconic landmarks. Our guides, Theo and Jabed, deserve special recognition for their exceptional expertise and enthusiasm. Their knowledge of the climb, coupled with their friendly demeanor, immediately put us at ease and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Their passion for what they do was palpable, and it truly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the climb. As we made our way up the inclined walkway, the breathtaking views of London's skyline unfolded before us, offering unparalleled photo opportunities and moments of sheer awe. Standing atop The O2 dome, with the city sprawling below, was an experience unlike any other – a perfect blend of adrenaline and serenity. The safety measures put in place throughout the climb were top-notch, ensuring that we felt secure and comfortable every step of the way. The professionalism of the entire Up at The O2 team was evident, and it only added to the overall sense of confidence and enjoyment. Special shout out to Joan as it was her Birthday and she was a champ.

Just doing something different, fun. Nice staff, the outside is more fun than inside! Asked by a young lady to give her a good review, forgotten name, but she will know as she shouted at me for getting my phone out at the wrong time 🤪

The staff were all really helpful, friendly and professional, especially our guide Martin, who was brilliant. The views are amazing. I would definitely recommend this activity.

I bought this experience as a gift via Buyagift.com. Booking was straightforward and we only booked 2 days in advance. We arrived 15 minutes before our selected time to watch the information video and get our harnesses. If you are wearing shoes deems suitable by the guides you can keep them on, if not you are provided with walking shoes. You are only allowed to take a camera/phone with you on the climb. This must be in a zipped pocket so there are various options of wearing one of their jackets or having a pouch attached to your harness. All your other belongings go into boxes which are transported to the other side for you to collect at the end. Our guides were Kayla and Theo, they were great, chatty, informative, helpful and kind. The climb wasn’t what I expected! The walkway isn’t solid, it’s a bit like a trampoline, not bouncy but not solid but means that you get good grip along with the raised grooves. It is quite steep but more than manageable and not the same gradient for the whole time. Once at the top, there is a 12 metre wide platform, you are detached from the safety rail and you can walk around and take photos. Kayla and Theo were more than happy to take photos for everyone and then it was time to head down. Once down, we collected our belongings and headed out through the gift shop! You can buy medals and certificates, view and buy your official photos and there’s also teddy bears, mugs, key rings, pens etc. It was a great experience to do in London, something a bit different, ideal for a mix of ages and really fun! Thank you Theo and Kayla for being great guides!

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish which I would highly recommend (assuming you are quite physically fit of course!) Right from the start when we walked into reception all the staff were cheerful, friendly and really helpful all the way through our experience. Particular thanks go to Liam, our guide, who was calm, clear with his instructions and knowledgeable about the 02 and landscape so could give us , a bit of a "sightseeing tour" as we climbed and once we got to the roof area. The climb is very steep in places and really make sure leg muscles work but is achievable and at least you have a rope to pull yourself up with if things get too much! The views as you go up and on the top are breathtaking and well worth the climb. We are definitely thinking of booking again to do the evening /sunset climb. Thanks guys.
