We had only 3 days in Valencia to know what we should prioritise. Danny was very knowledgeable, and he showed us around at a pace suited to 2 over 80 year olds ! He had a good sense of humour, telling us how to differentiate the 2 St Vincents who are key to the city's Christian history. ...I don't think I will ever forget! There were useful tips on the local beers , foods, and restaurants to try. He also pointed out some rather naughty gargoyles on the Silk Exchange 😜!!
Overall, it was a great way to familiarise ourselves with the old city. I would have given 5 stars if Danny had not been late arriving at the meeting point.

We had a very pleasant morning with Marcos on a kick start tour of Valencia. He was friendly, informative and we learnt some interesting facts and stories that we wouldn’t have heard otherwise. He had an iPad which enabled him to show us photographs and maps and also provided us with some great recommendations for restaurants and bars! We really enjoyed

Our guide Marcos was extremely knowledgable about local history. He could field every question we had, and in perfect English. We took a private tour the first morning we arrived, and it was a great introduction to Valencia and the old town. It helped us get our bearings and learn about Valencia’s history. The success of these tours are entirely dependent on having a good guide -
Marcos is a great guide. Definitely recommend.
