No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. I actually could not make it to the museum due to my own fault, I scheduled the tour on the wrong Friday. However, Babylon customer service was superb. I hardly see customer service like the one they offered me. They went above and super beyond their duties and responsibilities to try to fix my own mistake.
I really truly want to thank you guys for everything you did, and I am hopeful that in the future, I can go on one of your tours!

Tijs was a wonderful guide with a great enthusiasm for our learning. Rather than simply point at paintings, he gave us much background into the life of Van Gogh.

Tijs was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the history of art in the Netherlands. He pointed out very interesting parts of each of the paintings that we stopped to view. He also chose good paintings to focus on.
