Pickup Details
Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date. Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points. Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

Excellent easy to reach the Marco Polo airport. You need plenty of time to reach the airport at least 45 minutes.

We have used this vaporetto service before. It’s easy to book and pay online. Give the name of your hotel and they do the rest. It’s a semi-private boat service with a small group of others.

The boat operator was very attentive to my need for assistance to get on and off the boat. He was very punctual and met us on time at the Hilton Molino Stucky. The most memorable moment is when we traveled under the bridges to view all the unique architecture along the canal. We also saw the most amazing sunrise!! It was quite an adventure to the airport!!

The trip from airport to city was in an over full (12) water taxi, as it was raining hard, we were all crammed into a cabin that should have 10 maximum passengers. The luggage was carried outside the cabin and got soaking wet. Not a pleasant experience.
The trip from city to airport was the complete opposite, 5 people and an extremely skilled motor boat driver whose ability to navigate the currents and the wake from the other boats was incredible. The weather was better and the trip was exhilarating, everything I hoped a transfer from Venice to airport would be.

The only recommendation for the company would be better communication. It was tricky to find the ticket counter in the airport going to the island. The location and name would have been good. And then it was worse finding which taxi went from Venice to the airport. We stood on the dock wondering which boat was ours. A boat number, name, or anything would have helped. Otherwise it was a great experience and would highly recommend.

This is a great to get to Marco Polo Airport from the city of Venice. Travel in Venice is quite different, as you can imagine! No cars, buses and the taxi's are boats. The service is great, but the driver that we had this day was rude and very rough with our luggage. I have contacted the tour operator directly, so hopefully, they will deal with the issues. I definitely recommend using this service for transfers from the airport or to the airport. It is also sort of memorable to see Venice come into view as you arrive!
