We had a great time! Our bartender/tour guide Nate was absolutely the best! Very knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. The seats were very comfortable and the food was an extra bonus. The only criticism we had was it said 3 1/2 hour ride on the website which was actually 4 hour and 45 minutes. We had to hurry back to make our dinner reservations. Highly recommend this adventure.

Well organized from registration to the end of the ride. All of the employees were stellar - engaged and enthusiastic. The ride itself is beautiful. The open air car is not to be missed.
The only thing that was tough for us was hearing the dialogue particularly inside the train car. The music playing overhead interfered. It would be great if they could have a microphone so they'd be heard above music and others talking.
