Irving was absolutely amazing. He did a phenomenal job answering all our questions, and, to me, it was absolutely worth every penny. He took amazing photos, drove very safely, and was extremely knowledgeable. I could not recommend him more highly!

Booking this trip was certainly worth the money! We had Aranzazu as our tour guide and could not be happier with having him as our guide. He was very fluent in English and Spanish, and had a fear personality for the job. This tour set up to be flexible with our schedule and was able to cater the tour to meet our desired pace. For the chichen Itzá portion we got there nice and early and were fortunate enough to be the first people into the attraction and were able to get lots of unobstructed photos. Aranzazu was very expertieced in the Mayan archeological history and you can tell he really likes what he does. He made sure to keep us very hydrated and had a cooler full of many waters for the taking, and made sure to keep us in the shade when explaining key points (it does get very hot!). After chichen Itzá we had the option of either going to the cenote first or lunch first, which is very nice to be able to choose depending on how you are feeling - something you wouldn’t get with a big tour group! Both the cenote and lunch were great and helped give a taste of the local culture. All things considered, I couldn’t recommend booking with this company enough and Aranzazu was the best.

Hard to overstate how great our Chichen Itza and cenote experience was. Aranza, our guide, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He clearly loves archeology and shared a lot of stories and pictures about Chichen Itza before we arrived. He also has a Masters in Mayan Art History. Our hotel was located in Akumal so there was a lot of driving but Aranza kept our interest by telling us everything there was to know about the jungle and Mayan people. We were some of the first people through the gate at Chichen Itza and spent two hours seeing all of the major sites. Aranza used illustrations to show us how the complex looked both during its heyday and after it was rediscovered. It was a once in a lifetime experience. Valladolid is a beautiful colonial town that was fun to explore and our lunch at a local restaurant was excellent. The cenote was also an amazing experience and one you’ll need after walking around in the heat of Chichen Itza. It’s absolutely beautiful and the water is cool and refreshing. There are a lot of options for Chichen Itza tours but I highly recommend this one. The level of customization and care from our guide made it a truly unforgettable experience.

Juan was very punctual, accommodating and flexible with the tour. His knowledge of the Mayan civilization, history and culture was unparalleled. Archaeologically speaking he offered in depth perspective of the ancient ruins of Chichen Itza city. The vehicle was luxurious with ample water and enough stops for going to the bathroom. I’d highly recommend you start at 6.45am atleast from Playa del Carmen and earlier if you are in Tulum to beat the crowd. We reached sharp at 8am (Yucatan time is one hour behind Cancun) so we could see the ruins first before anyone showed up during off peak season. There is a huge crowd during peak season so plan accordingly.

Our guide Israel was terrific, very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly - patient. We wanted to do the tour with a 2 years old and a 3 months old, and this was the perfect. The personal attention and the large private car, along with infant car seats were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

Our tour guide Carlos was wonderful to tour with. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything without embellishing about the Mayan culture and how the temples came to be. He referenced books and recent scientific studies when talking about the history of the ruins. For lunch he took us to a restaurant that had amazing food and it was obvious that he was friendly with the servers and frequented often. He provided water throughout the tour and made sure we were comfortable. During our time at the cenote he took pictures for us and didn't pressure us into jumping in with the rope. He gave is plenty of time to enjoy being in the cenote and didn't rush us to leave even though that was the end of our tour. We would highly recommend using this service as it was well organized and exactly what we hoped for. We were picked up from our resort at 6:30AM sharp and dropped off at 3pm. We were able to enjoy Chichen Itzá with no crowds and vendors around. Bonus points for taking wonderful pictures of us too!

We loved our day spent at the Chichen Itza archaeological site and the Cenote. Our guide Jonny Fernandez was exceptional. Punctual with timings, polite and professional, making sure we're comfortable throughout the whole journey. Plus, he's a great photographer and took amazing photos for us, to help us remember this special day. We managed to get there an hour before all the buses arrived and got to see the Chichen Itza before it got flooded with tourists. Although the private tour was more expensive than the bus tour, it was money well worth spending to make the experience more pleasant, especially as we were travelling with young children. The visit at the Cenote was also a great part of the trip and swimming in the cool water was much needed after a morning in the heat. The food at the restaurant was delicious and well organised. Overall, we had a great day, getting to experience the wonders of Yucatan and we would highly recommend it.
