Fabiola was a wonderful guide. She combined facts, history and stories. She has a passion for Bergen! The time passed too quickly during our tour - I wanted more. I highly recommend Fabiola as a tour guide.

Walking tour is the best choice to get information about the city. This is not easy to pay attention to the details sitting in the bus. Medieval Spirit of Bergen is a good choice whwn when you are interested in history. Our guide gave us also advice where to eat and special this is possible to buy in numerous shops at Bryggen.

This walking tour we ordered from Vinol Tours. One day before we had a great hike with Olav - mountain guide from the same company. Conversations with Olav during 5 hours of our hike were so interesting that we decided to order him again for historical tour next day. And the highest scores for Olav and Vinol Tours again! Bergen became the the center of medieval trade in Scandinavia many centuries ago. We have visited Bryggen - trading office that belonged to Trading Hanseatic League from the XIV-th century up to the middle of XIX th century. This is UNESCO site. Bergenhus Fortress we have visited also. Very impressive strong point that existing in the city from XII century. We ended tour at the fish market where we have enjoyed a good lunch after the tour.

mA very good tour agency. They helped me with a booking error and ensured that a tour guide was available for my corrected booking in a rather short time. Kudos to Ule and team. My guide for this tour was Alex. He has been in the country for a while and was knowledgeable about the Norwegian way of life. The tour started off from the Tourist Info centre at the Fish Market. We went up the furnicular (extra NOK95) and took in the city view from the top. Thereafter, we went to Bryggen, the church behind it and then to the city centre. There was a Christmas market at the centre and we took in the sights. Alex was very open and answered any questions I had about Bergen, Norway and Scandinavia. He even helped me take my tram tickets and offered to send me links to the Norwegian tales about trolls. This tour was well worth the time and money.

This tour was very informative. We have visited all main attractions in the city center. The most interesting place for me and my wife is Bergenhus Fortress. In 11th century when Bergen became the capital of Norway local kings decided to build their main residence on the shore of Bergen Fjord. More then 200 years The Fortress with Haakon Hall was the main place for the kings. Thanks for people that booked the same tour previously. From their reviews we got information that this tourist agency is distributor of different goods made by local craftsmen. We also bought souvenirs that vinoltours suggesting to its customers.

Firstly I was not sure that walking tour in the city center will be so interesting and informative. Fortunately it was a mistake. Old Bergen has its own charm in winter as well as in summer. In many places installed beautiful Christmas trees. Feeling from my childhood. The most interesting for me place in old Bergen this is medieval trading office that belonged to German Hanseatic League centures ago. As soon as I entered inside the office with narrow streets and slanted houses I came to another world that saw our ancestors centures ago with its sounds and smelling of fish

We met our guide in the city center at the Fish Market that is one of the most magnetic places for people that like sea food. By foot in 2 hours we have visited many medieval parts of the city including fortress and Hanseatic Office. We were surprised that Bergen is so big, next day we bought the whole day round trip and explored at the end of the tour other parts of bergen that was not possible to visit during 2 hours of walking tour. Great day. And successful shopping in addition!

I like history and information, but I like shopping as well. I remember every country when I have my awards-souvenirs from these countries. One hour of Norwegian and Bergen history on a tour was enough for me after the long morning flight from Copenhagen to Bergen. It was interesting to immerse my feellings to medieval times in the middle of Bryggen. After our guide helped me with shopping. I got very beautiful vintage amber pendant framed in silver. Similar jewelry I saw on the Norwegian national costume bunad. Finally I discovered that company with what I ordered this my walking tour is also official distributor of vitaminns like capsules from Seal Oil reach with Omega 3, Omega 6, and Omega 9, tthat good for hart, blood pressure and increase protection of your immune system, capsules made from arctic blue berry, that are good for eyes. I got from the tour information souvenirs and something for health

Indian summer was in Bergen on the day of our arrival to this city. It was end of our cruise. I like private tours when there more possibilities to speak with local guides about all matters. It was nice day and very interesting tour. Our guide Olav is a big encyclopedia of facts dates and names! I recommend him people that are really interested in local history and traditions
