What a fantastic tour! This is the only tour that will pick you up in Sydney and take you to see wombats and kangaroos in the wild. We toured through the Southern Highlands, stopping to view scenery at many spots, including Carrington Falls and Fitzroy Falls. Great lunch stop at Robertson Pie Shop. The main event was viewing the wild kangaroo and wombats roaming in Kangaroo Valley! We got very close to the wombats, making for many Instagrammable moments. The day finished with a hearty meal at the local pub. Book this tour now! You will not regret it.

This was a great day. Beautiful views, beautiful waterfalls, and Dave who took such great care of us. From snacks and water in the van to a cold beer after our little hike. The cute little wombats were a great end to the day. I have Dave a hard time all day adding and taking away stars, but he took the ribbing well. If you’re iffy about doing this tour do it.

Highly recommend this trip, couldn’t fault it or the tour guide Dave!
Dave made the trip unforgettable. We managed to see so much in one day, we all loved seeing the waterfalls and the highlight was seeing all the kangaroos and wombats at dusk.
We loved Dave so much we booked on his flying foxes trip two days later. ( get Dave to take photos of you, it’s his hidden talent)

Definitely a worthwhile experience. I was a solo traveller but the rest of the group were easy to chat to. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and full of interesting random facts. Despite the misty weather the waterfalls were beautiful and we saw kangaroos and wombats. Still amazed how Dave - whilst driving - spotted the echidna in the middle of a paddock. Heard and saw kookaburras too. The sound of them calling in the woods at dusk was pretty magical. Great bbq too. If you get the chance do it. You won’t regret it.

So I was supposed to review this a long time ago...like over a year. I took this tour in February of 2023, actually. It's been over a year since I took my dream trip! I told Dave I would leave a review, so here it is...just a tad late. =)
Dave was our driver and tour guide. He played music from Australian artists and taught us some native lingo. We were all entertained! We visited Sublime Point Lookout, Fitzroy Falls, Carrington Falls, and the Southern Highlands, where we encountered Kangaroos, ducks, a wombat, cockatoos, and a Kookaburra! Add to it that we lunched at an Australian pie shop. So much amazing in one day Down Under!
