5:30 PM: You will be picked up at your hotel by the tour guide, sitting on a Cyclo to sightsee the City and experience the three-wheel bicycle, once the most common mode of transportation in Vietnam—which today serves as a symbol of the Vietnamese way of life, you will then travel to the Water Puppet Theater. You can watch a spectacular puppet performance on a pool's water surface there. A modern orchestra provides the musical backdrop for the presentation, backed by a single vocalist and professional musician instruments.
By watching the show, you may learn more about Vietnamese rural folklore and diverse rural ideas and superstitions. Many of these shows, particularly those that include tales of everyday life, sometimes have surprising endings with amusing twists.

7:30 PM: We'll board a riverboat and have supper while we float along the Saigon River, with the environment characterized by Saigon's skyline at night and ancient folk melodies transporting us back in time.
AT 9:30 PM, the tour ends, and the tour guide will drop you off at your hotel.

The first half of the tour was perfect. I was picked up at my hotel and had a delightfully scenic trip around Ho Chi Minh City. Then to the Puppet show which was charming.
The big disappointment was the dinner cruise. Very touristy. I entered the ship and was seated at 7:40. It took forever to get service. By 9 pm I was given my check and no dessert. I asked for dessert and it was a small piece of pineapple and a thin, small piece of watermelon. The food was ok. Too much of it truthfully. Entertainment cheesy. The problem was the timing.
Basically we could have stayed docked for all I saw as we exited the ship at 9:15. The was no opportunity to see the skyline which is why I did the cruise instead of just go to a restaurant.
So, if it could have ended after the puppet show I would have been happier.

Excellent presentation, Amazing performance so difficult to find out how the actors do the show inside he water all the time.

The puppet show was entertaining and the cruise and the food on the cruise was nice.The show was full house and even the cruise was full but the staff there was attentive .

We had a delightful evening out in Saigon, starting with a Cyclo ride through the unbelievable traffic to the puppet theatre. The show was truly amazing—just how do those puppeteers do it? It’s like magic with leaping fish, fire breathing dragons, dancing courtiers and, of course the high jinx of characters swimming and fishing.
“Castle” and driver then transported us to our cruise, complete with7 course dinner and the lights of Saigon. On the way back to the hotel the sightseeing continued. “Castle” shared info about architecture and different areas of the city.
Well worth the cost. We enjoyed all aspects immensely!

The puppet show was good. Considering we booked this 4 months in advance, the seats could have been better. Cyclo ride was fun; however, beware you have to walk part way across a very busy bridge. Part of the bridge is an uphill grade and the drivers can not make it up the grade with passengers. We arrived late for the dinner cruise. We had enough time to eat but not enjoy the cruise and see the scenery. Table was in a poor location and it was difficult to see the show or scenery. Most people were finished eating by the time we arrived

On the way to the cruise our tour guide gave us lots of information
Our cruise from food entertainment and scenery was spectacular and great to see Ho Chi among city at night
Staff were very attentive and polite
All in all we would recommend this tour

Great bike tour of old China Town, local market and then the secret tunnel cafe. The hostess Linda was very good and took a lot of trouble to explain the history of all the places. She along with Hung gave us a good tour of the city.
We also went shopping and then wrapped up your with a great lunch.

You love this peaceful this place when standing on the cruise with my son Jason. The tour is highly recommended with all of guests if you would like to visit in HcM city from Hana Tousist.

We loved the rickshaw ride to the water puppet show. At first I felt 'tacky' but when I relaxed into the experience I really felt it slowed everything down on a cooler Saigon night. The Water puppet show was fun, sweet, funny and entertaining. This was the highlight of the night. Our guide Linda was informative and very caring.
The low part of the night and why we minused 1 star off our rating was because the river cruise wasn't enjoyable. It was a very loud party boat with drunk passengers and very average to tasteless food. Not Linda's fault....more the people deciding this is for the package.
