I was so disappointed to arrive at circular quay only to be told that our tour had not been operating all season and yet deducted the money for the trip the day before. I was so glad that the representative at Circular quay was so kind and helpful and quickly organized us an alternative trip for that day despite being extremely busy!!

Booked for whale watch and had a great time. Before departing, the Naturalist told us waves were high so it might be a little rough. We were told we could re-book at no charge if we didn't want to go. I'm glad I went, the boat is clean and comfortable and crew helpful and knowledgeable.
We found a group of wales and the captain matched their course and speed. Lots of sightings as they went up and down.
