Hello,
The tour was up and beyond our expectations. Seeing dolphins and whales can be considered as quarantined since the tour crew is highly experienced and conscious of what they’re doing. It is very safe, nature-friendly tour. We’ve attended the tour as family and it was very easy and convenient for us. I’d highly recommend. Thanks to Special Tour team for the experience.

We went on a tour in May. Hadn’t seen any dolphins and whales the first time we went but Special Tours stuff rebooked another tour for us which I think is pretty great.
Unfortunately didn’t have much luck next time. We just saw few dolphins but no whales.
Anyhow, regarding customer experience I can highly recommend Special Tours. They are very professional and helpful and both of their guides were excellent and shared many interesting stories and information.

Breathtaking experience on a well equipped "boat" (overalls <3 ) with super fun guide - Patrick.
They offer a secend, free cruise in case there were no wheals.

We would highly recommend this tour. Our trip was April 19th and we were very fortunate to see a large group of hump back whales, plus a couple of minke. The information provided by the guide, a young woman, was excellent and we were able to take advantage of the warm suits provided to spend time on deck.
We felt very privileged to see so many whales feeding in the bay.

It was absolutely amazing. The boat was nice and clean with 3 different decks which allowed you to see at different levels. There's a cafe onboard which was great after been outside and wanting a hot drink. The guide gave lots of information on the whales, dolphins and birds that we saw.

Our first excursion was cancelled due to weather but the excellent staff at Special Tours worked us in to future excursion as we were leaving soon. Desk staff was exceptional helping us. We could not have had a better experience. When we saw the first whale everyone jammed the deck but they put us on so many whales we were coming inside to warm. It must have been a record for sightings. The guide did an excellent job explaining what we were seeing. I highly recommend this tour group due to the staff.

Wonderful experience! We spotted a humpback whale, and then it followed us back! The scenery during the tour is also stunning. Took so many videos of it, it was great.
