Set sail for a day of swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing in the Whitsundays on this full-day tour with Red Cat Adventures. Cruise around the islands on Thunder Cat, a high-speed catamaran, and discover the colorful underwater world of the UNESCO-listed Great Barrier Reef as you stop at two snorkeling hotspots. You will cruise at high speeds to Hill Inlet Lookout and take the famous walk to the lookout for stunning views of Whitehaven Beach. After taking some magical photos you can enjoy some beach time and dip your toes in the crystal clear water.

Lads this trip is class!
Thundercat boat- loads of views loads of tunes loads of snorkelling but most of all loads of craic from our 2 guides !! Beautiful Mullet having Will with the banging jokes and Skipper Mark with the vibes!
11/10 would recommend when in Airlie

The crew were friendly and knowledgeable and ensured everyone felt safe and confident in the water.
Whitehaven beach is breathtakingly beautiful - the pure white silica sand and crystal clear turquoise waters are unlike anything I’ve seen before.
One of the highlights was Hill Inlet lookout, the panoramic views were stunning and perfect opportunity to capture some photos and snorkeling among the coral reefs was unforgettable.

Great day out with some amazing snorkelling. Our guides Will and Dan (or Dave...sorry, mind blank!) were amazing at keeping spirits up despite the bad weather. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the whitsundays.

This trip is an absolute must-do on the East Coast and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Red Cat to do it with.
From seeing Whitehaven beach, and snorkelling with hundreds of fish in the Great Barrier Reef, this definitely helped tick off the bucket list!
We were blown away by the views of Whitehaven and the hundreds of beautiful fish that we swam with in the ‘aquarium’ snorkel area. The best part was also the ‘washing machine’.. getting soaked jumping huge waves on the boat whilst listening to great music.
We took the trip with Gus, Cass and Payton from red cat and we couldn’t fault them. Gus was super energetic, friendly and funny and Cass shared her wealth of experience and knowledge with us throughout the day. We couldn’t fault them as they made the day so fun and enjoyable. They made it an unforgettable experience. Their passion for the job and the reefs were clear.

Crew members Kaz, Payten and Gus were amazing! The trip was well worth it, we couldn't believe the places we got to visit. There was a great mix between information and fun, the crew really care for the environment which was lovely, they also made sure everyone got the most out of the experience. The trip allowed for independence in exploring Whitehaven which was nice too.

I felt totally safe and taken care of the whole time. Our guides created an immersive experience of snorkeling to see beautiful fish, snorkeling on the reef, and a visit to WhiteHaven Island.
The music playlists were great and there was excellent interaction, engagement and commentary to meet everyone’s needs (from a little baby and her parents to a solo traveler like me to adventurers of all ages).
The water was rough and you wouldn’t have known it as Riley drove us so expertly through it. Keeping it playful and light and fun while also allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery was exactly what I wanted in an experience like this. Thanks Cassie and Riley! Don’t delay-book it!

I wish there were more stars to give. The whole crew made sure that our time exploring was time worth spent. More importantly, the whole crew made sure we were 100% safe at all times and had a genuine love for the reef and the marine life living in the ecosystem. Snorkeling the reef had always been on my bucket list of things to do and although the weather wasn't fabulous, the reef was still a gorgeous sight to witness. Lunch was also very yummy. To anyone who has fears about sharks, crocs or stingers, the crew are with you the entire time you are snorkeling, and they provide stinger suits for your protection. The sharks you are likely to encounter are harmless reef sharks, so please don't put off doing this experience. You are in good hands.

Amazing experience! Really well organized with hotel pick up, freedom to explore the island and the reef and really good lunch. Our crew (Kaz and Joel) were super nice qnd helpfull and made this experience even better! Recommend it 1000%!

Can’t see anything out of the boat, food was basic and pretty bad, staff were excellent at their job but spent the whole trip talking loudly about their personal lives peppered with numerous swear words which soured the trip
