Want to swim with wild dolphins? We understand that many of our guests would like to see dolphins underwater, and we will certainly do our best to accommodate! While we never guarantee that you will get in the water near dolphins on our tours, we DO GUARANTEE that you will see dolphins from the boat on our dolphin excursion time slot. If animal behavior and conditions are favorable, we will try to get you a view of dolphins underwater. Excursions are led by lifeguard certified naturalists and marine biologists with decades of experience on the Waianae Coast. We depart from Waianae Boat Harbor and travel along the scenic west coast of Oahu in search of all of the wildlife we can find, including multiple species of dolphins, whales, turtles, and fish. We follow Federal guidelines protecting these animals to make sure you observe wildlife under eco friendly, respectful standards. We will also snorkel at sites with Hawaiian Sea Turtles and tropical fish. During the winter months, we see Humpback Whales on almost every tour! Take some of the most incredible photographs of your vacation as dolphins come to visit our quiet, low to the waterline, 32 foot vessel.

Traveler pickup is offered
We pick up at most hotels in Waikiki and Ko Olina. If we do not pick up at your hotel in those areas, we will give you one nearby. This is only because some hotels do not have accessibility for our vans.
HOTEL PICK UP must be SET UP before 4:00 pm the day before the activity date. After hour bookings are self drive to the Waianae Boat Harbor only.

We will only be able to pick up from hotels on the early morning 7:00 am departure. Later morning 10:30 am departure is meet at harbor only.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

We were so excited to have found this chance to swim with dolphins. The place was easy to find with clear instructions on timings and meeting point. I hadn’t originally reserved a wet suit but after advice they kitted us out without a fuss. The boat was fun and soon found spotted dolphins. We were so excited to be able to snorkel and watch the dolphins passing beneath us. Then we saw a huge shoal of spinner dolphins apparently sleeping near the shore. Our guides both being marine biologists didn’t allow us to snorkel with them as it’s not allowed as we might disturb them. But we could watch them playing around the boat.
Two further snorkelling stops over reefs seeing so many varieties of beautiful fish and turtles.
It was a trip of a lifetime for us. And we were so grateful at the care and kindness extended to us.

Awesome time. Found a couple different species of dolphins. We found turtles many fish coral reefs etc. They put us in the water and in the middle of a school of dolphins. Thank you for the experience.

This tour was fantastic! All female crew who knew their stuff! Knowledgeable friendly, fun, and made sure all had a great time. We saw tons of 2 different kinds of dolphins and several sea turtles while snorkeling! Must do!

AMAZING!!! That is the best word to describe this adventure. We signed up for this tour at the recommendation of our son and daughter-in-law who had attended previously. From the hotel pick up, the tour itself, all the way to the drop off, it was truly fabulous. While on the water, the captain was very knowledgeable. She was super helpful in getting us up close to the marine life without disturbing their natural surroundings. She had us enter the water respectfully and instructed us on how to best view things. We saw whales, multiple species of dolphins, and even sea turtles. The snorkeling was fabulous regardless of it you are new to snorkeling or a pro. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting an up close interaction with marine life, but also a friendly, informative groups of folks spending the day with you.

literally swam with dolphins (bottleneck and spotted) and a ton if pilot whales! loved the vibe of everyone on the boat. we will never forget this adventure!

What a great company! Felt very local and laid back. A great experience. Captain Lex and crew Liza were fantastic. Skilled, knowledgeable and just as happy to be out on the water as we were. We saw so much wildlife and the West Side is beautiful! Get out of Waikiki for the day and snorkel with dolphins and turtles. We even saw a Monk Seal! This company knows and respects the marine life, and keeps the animals and the people safe.

I had such an amazing time on this boat! The crew was amazing and very informative about all the marine life we were seeing. We saw and swam with pilot whales, dolphins, turtles and lots of fish! 10/10 would recommend this boat!

Lexi and Jenna made it a trip of a lifetime. They even found us some whales to see. That was a first for me. We also got to see and swim with the turtles

This dolphin safari is outstanding! I went out with another outfit in February, and it didn’t compare to this one.
This is a small-ish group, and they have you slip in quickly one by one after staging you on the sides of the boat. This way the group doesn’t make too much noise, but everyone is pretty much getting in at the same time and will get the same view. They also set you up so that you’re in the water as the dolphins swim by. Incredible.
It’s also a fast boat, so they can cover a lot of area looking for the dolphins in known areas. And they take you to a turtle cleaning station, so you get to swim with sea turtles, too. I had such a great time I seriously considered going out again today. I’ll definitely go again when I come back next year.
