Minimum age is 8 years and minimum height is 57 inches tall. It is at the pilots discretion who is deemed safe to fly
Not wheelchair accessible
MUST provide on the road phone number at time of booking. Failure to provide this information will result in cancellation
Guests with weights of 275 lbs (125 kg) or more will be charged an additional fee of $299
Not recommended for travelers with back problems
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Individuals who have done a deep scuba dive within the past few days
People suffering from chronic pain, have a recent injury or who have recently had major surgery, anyone who is unable to stand without assistance for more than an hour
Someone who requires assistance walking or who cannot climb stairs.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

The hot air ballon and the views were spectacular. However, we arrived earlier as per instructions given on confirmation email, where it stated that it would start exactly at 6:00 am and whomever wasn’t there would be left behind. It was passed 6:30 am when we got on the van to go to the take off place. The take off experience and the trip were amazing. The landing, not so much. We crashed land onto a high school small football field. It was quite scary experience.

Our pilot Bob was terrific. This was my first balloon flight and I was a bit apprehensive at first, but from the minute we took off, I was very comfortable. Landing was great!

Terrible experience. Crash landed in to a chain link fence next to a school. Pilot was very arrogant and didn't ask any of us if we were ok only scolded us that we didn't listen that we needed to be prepared for possible hard landing. I don't think this is what we signed up for.

From start to end service was perfect and the experience amazing. Glad we didn’t cancel. 1000 % recommended!! Ride/flight was Very smooth and the peaceful silence up there feels like heaven.

This was the most amazing experience!! I’m afraid of heights and this did not phase me. It’s smooth and peaceful. Just do it! Bob was our pilot….he was awesome!!

A little crowded in the basket. Would be difficult to get in for older folks or limited mobility individuals. Also, can be a bit unnerving as the ballon rises and falls in altitude after life off. We came very close to a tree stand on take off, which caused some concern among other travelers as well.

Bob, our pilot was simply amazing. So informative and personable. Also, Hayden the hostess was the best!!! She answered so many questions for us and was a joy to talk with!!!
