If trees could talk! Gaze upon this 500 year old live oak tree on John's Island. You can sense the history that surrounds this magnificent tree.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Charleston Tea Garden, 6617 Maybank Hwy, Wadmalaw Island, SC 29487-7006
Visit the only tea garden in North America where you can see hundreds of thousands of tea bushes stretching out acre after acre for almost as far as the eye can see. Tour the manufacturing facility and learn how tea is produced. The tour includes the Trolley Ride around the farm, and All You Can Drink hot and cold tea!
Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
Stop At: Deep Water Vineyard, 6775 Bears Bluff Rd, Wadmalaw Island, SC 29487-6812
Final stop includes a wine tasting and a stroll through the vineyards. A food truck is available for purchasing food items or bring your own snacks. The farm offers of variety of entertainment for the kiddos, so don't shy away from bringing them along.

This was my favorite tours that we did in Charleston . Our tour guide Leanne for SNAP was amazing . She was very knowledgeable had a swag bag with snacks and tour information waiting for us on our arrival . She took pictures of each group at all locations and was very knowledgeable and really has a passion for educating and showing people the sites of Charleston . I highly recommend this tour to all who come to Charleston .

Fun, well-organized trip to three great spots outside the city. Each group of guests received a bag of local treats for the road and the van was air-conditioned and comfortable. Leann went out of her way to assist several guests with limited mobility.

The Tea Garden!!! Fantastic place and wonderful trolley tour. Deep Water winery was also very interesting. Leeann was a great tour guide

The van, driver/guide all the Same person did a great job in all aspects of the tour. The viewing of the Angel tree was a great experience and the tea plantation was a great experience and the information was very informative. The final part of the tour to the winery was great especially meeting Ida was a great finale.

This tour should not be missed. Our tour guide Leanne did a fantastic job and went out of her way to accommodate our group with time and location changes due to heavy rain and flooding just before our scheduled departure time. The three stops on the tour are all great and very different than the typical tours in downtown Charleston. The tea farm was very interesting and the only one of its kind in the US. The wine tasting was a good time with many great wines available to taste and buy. A truly memorable experience.

This was one of the best tours I went on. The guide was wonderful and even my teen loved it. The tea tasting and trolly was the family favorite. The vineyard was nice and got to feed Ida the cow. The angel tree is amazing.

I have traveled a lot and this kind of tour is a must for me since I love wine, and this was my worst experience!!!! First the price for what they offered was ridiculously high, second on every stop I felt a pressure to purchase something and last but not least I didn’t feel that the tour guy was fairly interacting with everyone the same.

Great day! We had a beautiful ride out to the island. The tea farm was amazing, and the wine tasting was so much fun, and then the angel oak was breathtaking to top off the day. LeeAnn was a fabulous guide! I highly recommend this tour!!!
