Hobart is a very simple town to get around so the map worked well. We downloaded first to my Android and my wife's iPhone and had no issues. Good information too.

I could not download the mp3 audio, so asked for a refund the day before the guide was meant become available -- I was buying a day in advanced. I emailed them for a refund explaining I could not download it and they waited a few days to tell me there was no refund, they said I had downloaded it (I did try) and not contacted them. I guess an email the day before the tour is scheduled is not considered a 'contact.' They are happy to take my money, but not provide any service. Terrible company!
